On the Hill used to be the most incredible cafe in Baltimore. The best food, the best prices. I ate there at least once per week. Unfortunately, now they have changed their menu to overly expensive and totally unappealing pseudo Mexican food. WHY?!?!?! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO CHANGE!?!?! I have zero interest in returning to the new and poorly reimagined On the Hill Cafe. None of my friends are interested in going.
