I'm so disappointed and frustrated with the morning staff on Monday January 12th, 2026!!! Not only did they obviously serve me day old rice and teriyaki chicken, the rice was hard and eggs burnt as if they attempted to reheat it. Mind you it was 10am and I was on my lunch break so I had zero time to return the food. To top it off, the young female employee was pretty rude and seemed irritated. I asked her for some condiment packages and she repeatedly said that they were in the bag when they weren't. I threw away the chickens and rice 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I only had the shrimp to eat for lunch

I placed an in store order. Donovan greeted me. I mentioned my last pick up order was a little scant since I usually do three meats. But that time I did a double order of a meat and one of another. And it seemed a bit short on the double order.
He was very receptive to what I said and made sure my double order was a proper serving. Super nice person and the checkout was also top notch. Literally paid cash for the first time in ages and nearly walked away without my change. Greysi called me back handed it right to me.
Seriously great staff. I am also very excited about dinner. Smelling super delicious in my car now. Thanks again!!

Waited 10 or more min for orange chicken, the chicken was hard and nasty, the girl cooking the chicken was on her personal cell talking the whole time, the spring rolls were also nasty, very nasty food received todate

Rice was old...could tell it had been sitting out for hours,chicken eggroll burnt which u could see also sitting out for hours...plus they give u infant sized portions...not going back....(Eastern ave..)..umfortunate...

I order Shrimp and beef . They had the nerve to substitute it with what smells like a dead rat raw. The label said chicken teriyaki. It is smelling up my entire place it’s nauseating. I would post a picture but in my haste I threw it in the trash immediately. I am so disgusted 🤮

I went to Panda Express around 8pm, I got a plate with chicken, noodles and greens. I am super upset, because when I was eating my greens, it tasted like FISH. I’ve gone to this Panda multiple times, the kale is my favorite but today it tasted like it was steamed with fish. Not only was the kale tasting like fish, but the broccoli as well. I am super concerned because I have someone who is severely allergic to seafood and the fact that the greens tasted like fish, was not okay. This was my first time tasting fish out of my greens. This should be looked into and the staff working at night.

Amazing store! Go out of my way to go specifically to this store even though others are closer! The manager Jeremey is great and pleasant along with rest of staff and the place is alway super clean and food always fresh!!!

There is an employee named Jeremy at this location and he is extraordinary. The first time I came in, he asked me for my name and ever since then, he greets me by my name everytime I come in. Jeremy is very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I see how he treats every customer with respect and always provides great customer service — when he notices a small line of two or more people forming, he reacts with urgency to assist the customers waiting. Whatever Jeremy’s position is, he needs to be promoted. He does simple things that no employee at any restaurant does — remembers your name, remembers your hobbies, remembers the previous conversations and follows up on them, genuinely smiles at customers, and treats everyone with respect and urgency.

I drive further to come to this Panda Express location because I know I will have a great experience there.

Again, Jeremy needs to be promoted. He can provide tremendous value teaching employees the art of customer service, something society seems to be losing.

I rarely leave reviews, but I made time to leave this review because the experience Jeremy provides is extraordinary.
