Ordered food on door dash not the bad part food came just 33 percent less than I ordered two plates and one bigger plate and the bigger was never placed in bag! Bag was sealed and stapled

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. I'm a driver and I stopped in to grab a order. I had to use the restroom really bad. Before i went to put the code in. An associate named Donavan said to me "don't to mess it up" -- It was disrepectful. Plain and simple.

this place has bad customer service. the guy simmon who said he was the assistant manager was tremendous rude. i called because i was missing one of my items i paid for and he blamed it on my delivery driver must’ve ate it and hung the phone up on me. i called back over 15 times and he kept hanging up and finally answered saying he’ll replace it since they forgot to put it in my order bag. as a customer where i spend my money i should expect better customer service but definitely they lost me as a customer. i will not be ordering from here again.

The service is impeccable. The manager was so kind and polite. The staff is very kind as well. They offer great customer service. Manager deserves a higher position and the staff deserve a bonus.

TRASH!! Came at 9:10pm they close at 10pm. Chow mein was a bowl full of cabbage with like 6 noodles not even exaggerating. I asked were they fixing more the girl asked some chick in the kitchen part who seemed to be annoyed and/ or upset that we even asked started speaking in Spanish and we were told no they stop cooking at 9. The dish is noodles with cabbage not cabbage with noodles so serve it properly or not at all. At this point you should have just not even had it in the warmer.

Food was OKAY & affordable but this Hispanic short lady name MARY she was very mean towards us her attitude…it was my first time coming here I had a very bad experience and she was rushing out and their was no one behind me …she asking for what I wanted but she was far away and not a good service she gave out …the only lady that was nice was the counter lady when I had to pay she was nicely ? but MARY I think she was not having a good day she had bad attitude and rushing out giving out a bad look …which I thought it was just me but I saw she was attending other people and she still gave ugly attitude….food was good besides service.

Terrible customer service!!!
Two female employees chatted with each other while I stood at the counter with my 4 yr old waiting to be acknowledged. A fellow coworker walked through the door and they cheerfully greeted her. Another customer came in and he was acknowledged right away. I told her she skipped over me, and she said “Oh I thought you weren’t ready“ meanwhile she never greeted me or even asked if I was ready. She followed up with a rude smug look on her face (apparently wanting service was offensive to her). Needless to say, we left without placing an order.
