Got here at 1:15 on a Thursday. The place was "slammed" with sudden influx of customers -- a van load or bus load. My friend and I were moved to a separate line to expedite our small order. We appreciated that. Manager was pitching in to help his staff behind the line. He was very gracious and polite to all, and the staff handled the influx with poise and skill. A customer made an unreasonable request for a replacement hard roll (she really seemed to want Wonder Bread, not a hard roll). He graciously accommodated her, after which I commented to him, "She really just wants Wonder Bread."

Don't try to get a job here they are rude and have no good kind of customer service AT ALLLLL. I called to make sure they were hiring and all i got was someone yelling at me on the phone about how I am calling during their lunch hours..... be mindful no one else has done this.... They could have approached the situation better and told me to call at another time but not to yell at me please do better!!!

The number of times I've ordered a basic meal and gotten the wrong order is amazing.I once ordered a bagel online. They gave me a different bagel with no explanation. I told them of the mistake and they told me they didn't have the one I ordered. That's not how that works.

Both times I've placed an online order here, they've completely disregarded the pickup time and made me waste almost my whole meal break. What is the point of letting customers choose a pick-up time if you are just going to ignore it and wait until I arrive to start making my order?? The second time was worse - I get there 15 minutes AFTER my selected time, it wasn't ready so I go use the restroom and make a call... 10 minutes later and I have to ASK THEM TO START MAKING IT. I wish the service was as good as the food because the food is always really good, but I just can't keep having my time completely wasted.

This location is fantastic ? and awesome if your doing telework/remote IT work. The staff are very professional and helpful. If you need help just ask! Lovely place in Baltimore. Plenty of parking!! No need to drive all the way to Catonsville anymore. Don't listen to the shining prima Donna's below. This place is awesome. Like any food place. Check your order before you leave!!!! Not really sure what’s going on with this location. My toasted green goddess baguette sandwhich, seen pictured, is honestly pathetic and looking nothing like what’s advertised. I don’t even see the basil it’s supposed to come with, let alone the salt or pepper I asked them to add. The mango smoothie has large chunks of ice and is barely blended, preventing me from drinking it with a straw. If I was proving this level of service when I was working at Panera back in 2011 I would have been fired that day. Something tells me they need to either retrain their existing staff or work on hiring new ones that actually care. Not sure if I’ll be patronizing this location again; just doesn’t seem to be worth it anymore.

Hmmm well let's see..... obviously the receipt does not match the order..... sad when you yell someone what goes on ur sandwich and say your allergic to tomatoes they completely ignore you and do the opposite. Is it that hard to make a sandwich???!!!! They DO NOT PAY ATTENTION HERE!!!!!!2nd Photo---- go back the VERY NEXT DAY, informing them how they messed up the sandwich...... what do they do.... MESS IT UP AGAIN!! THE SAME THING! This place is beyond horrible when it comes to paying attention to details and the fact someone says NO TOMATOES! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

I am more than 10 years panera customer. I am a regular customer to this place, and I come every day, and most of the stuff is nice except the woman supervisor Shannon working morning shift she is very rude,aggressive, and not welcoming. I got completely wrong ordered when i was trying to explain for cashier to get my right order she came in the middle, told me i got wrong ordered because the cashier is in training and I told her that's fine but I want to get my order instead of sorry and help me to get my order but she is yelling, and disrespectfully, I can take the order or not.She doesn't want completely to change my order even if I paid $20. Zero customer service and unprofessional. I don't know who put her in this position.
