The manager is a rude high schooler who has a bad attitude and is unable to fulfill even the most basic requests. Until they hire an adult to run the store order elsewhere 💯 burnt food is unacceptable

Cold Food, forgot items that were ordered… I called the Clifton Avenue store where I ordered from and the very rude person answered and stated “What do you want us to do..bring the food or what? Very rudely. Responding with “yup” answer. Very unprofessional.
It’s hard to stand they because of the speaker they always turn it on and they shout inside and we need to listen that it’s so hard to stay at the store

I ordered a pizza for delivery. I waited 2 hours but the driver hadn't even left. It was too late for me to go to a store and already I was frustrated so I cancelled the order

I decided to try the new pan pizza. The crust was ok. But my complaint is the pizza came with just enough sauce to make the crust red and then half the pizza had very little cheese. I tried to eat it but it wasn't good. It was dry.
I later decided to call and offer feedback and was told they wouldn't replace it because a slice was eaten. So they make a whole bad pizza where one slice is eaten and they won't replace it. Why? It's not like they were going to take the pizza back and fix it to give to someone else. Or would they?
The truth is I wasn't even calling to ask for a replacement. By the time I called them to give feedback, I had already eaten a few more slices thinking I'd just deal with it. So I had no intention of asking for a replacement. But I was really disappointed at the response of the manager. That's poor customer service. The crazy part is I had already ordered another pizza for a friend before this one was delivered. If mine had arrived first I never would've ordered the second one.
I'm big on customer service and this location completely missed the mark.

Just recently had order there food made me sick and delivery driver, ring doorbell, and left food on the side and just left
Happened tonight. Ordered online a deal of 6 wings and a pizza. Went there to pick it up; everybody was talking loud, a lot of young people I never seen, I guess new? Pizza was atrocious: a lot of sauce, barely cheese, pepperoni (I don't think I ordered that) and somehow over and under cooked. Wings were small and depressing. This is the second time I witnessed this. I will no longer go here. Little ceasers on liberty rd is awesome, the young Spanish people there are quiet and professional unlike here with the urban people. Food is awesome and cheap. Worth the drive.

The food you'd get at the Papa John's Clifton Avenue location is either hit or miss, and from what I'm reading based on the reviews, it's mostly misses. I ordered pizza from this location a couple other times and my orders were ok... Not great... But okay. I wasn't up to cooking this evening so I ordered pizza and wings. BIG MISTAKE. The pizza was unevenly sliced, and the wings were BURNT. I was in a hurry to when I came back to pick upy order, so all of that nonsense got by me. I was so mad that people would actually burn someone's food and have the nerve to send it out to a customer. Where's the quality control in such situations?

Always burning my damn food like I don’t know what’s going on but every time I’m ordering from this location my pizza always burnt I don’t ask for my food to be well done but it’s no way my pizza be burnt
I ordered two pizzas and fries last night, one cheese one veggie. The driver showed up with a pepperoni, I’m Muslim. Both him and the person on phone had the audacity to tell me “that’s what you ordered” I’m glad this was a night I was paying with cash. Poor customer service.

My grandson loves pizza and this was convenient for what I was in the area to grab😜 I never care for the lack of care from the cashiers. It's like they don't have to give good customer service because they already know not many pizza places in the area 🤦🏾♀️After the nonchalant attitude I found more selections of pizza on Door Dash and GrubHub 😜so now my grandson will get to experience pizza other than pepperoni 🤣 he's turning into a pizza connoisseur 💖 Staff attitudes play a part in if I will repeat a business or help it close down for lack of towards the community 🤨 wishing for a change or at least teach the staff how to represent your business more. Seeing people hate to be there especially around food👀👀👀what are you slacking on there. Haven't been back and 🤔that was my 3rd chance giving. Need another business in that spot that will hire youths and others in from the area and a business that's willing to teach the ones they hire how to handle the public vs hiring people so you can make money. Care about the people you are hiring to present your company because bad attitude and lack of care 🤨🤷🏾♀️why should we care if your employees don't have a job or your business is failing or closing...give and take this customer service business ✨💖

I called this location today on behalf of one of the senior members of my church. I placed an order for him yesterday evening, and he did not receive the order. I helped him call customer service today, but there was no telephone number so we chatted with someone who instructed that we contact the location. I spoke with someone named Alex this evening at the Location, who described himself as the general manager and alleged owner of this location. He refused to provide a re-order or compensation for the lost order. He said his driver confirmed that the delivery happened, But still, there is no order. Alex was very catty and rude, refusing to take any accountability for the lost order.
