I had a deeply disappointing experience at Proper Cuisine that I feel customers deserve to be aware of.
On August 1, I dined at the restaurant and paid my portion of the bill using my Cash App card. The payment was processed without issue. The next day, without my knowledge or consent, the restaurant charged my card again — this time for the full bill, including the other guest’s portion after their card declined. Had the pleasure of spending time with my father (who lives 2 hours away) today and take him to lunch. My server (Kiera) was very pleasant but did go missing a few times and we had to wait for things that were needed which caused our wait to be longer.
