Papi’s Taco in Hampden is always a good time — the food hits every time, and the vibe is fun without trying too hard. Our server Ava was especially great: friendly, attentive, and made us feel totally taken care of without hovering. We’ll definitely be back (probably sooner than we should be).

Such a casually electric spot! Nice shaded outdoors area, cozy brightly decorated indoors. Our server was super amicable and engaging. The food is stellar, great if you enjoy a strong kick in all your food. Strongly recommend the tres leches cake!

This is my second time here in two days. My first time coming here was yesterday. I got the birria nachos and the Esquites. The esquites is the reason I'm here for the second time in two days. It's soooooooo good. Yesterday I didn't realize it was a dip to be eaten with chips. I got carryout so everything was in the bag including the chips. I thought it was just extra chips for the nachos. Crazy I know. So instead I just ate the esquites by itself with a spoon....
