Passports Bar & Grill

I don't think the servers understand the definition of customer service. Horrible service. The bar tender always had her back to us. They closed us out at 7:40p when they close at 8. They were loud and obnoxious about closing. The last 10 minutes we were harassed out and told multiple times to finish our drinks while the restaurant was still open. We were not able to enjoy the single drinks we ordered.

Flying out of BWI and wanted something to eat and drink. Website says open until 9pm - it’s 7:45pm. Great! Walk over there and the signs out saying order at the bar etc. Go up to the bar and grab a chair only to be barked at by one of the staff with an unnecessarily agressive “We’re closed. That’s why the chairs are up.”. So, they don’t keep to their own opening times, and, as if you should know that, you then get barked at for trying to take a seat. 0/10 would not use.

When I went to passports bar &grill inside the BWI airport I had been there all day with my 3 year old and only had about 30 bucks left for me and my kiddo our plane to leave at 9 ended up leaving much much later almost 1 am I didn't leave a tip on the receipt because I didn't have the money to spare for travel expenses (I am a stay at home father while my wife follows her dream if being in the military) and I believe that Jazmine H who took my order by the bar (where you place said order) after I left added a dollar under the tip area which when I finally made it to Germany put me in the negatives as I had to buy me and my daughter drinks and snacks at almost 11 pm. The food was good but the server was terrible, I contacted the airport authorities they said call the resteraunt they don't even have a phone number! So this is my way of calling out the server. If the owner wants to reach out to me do it via this review I have a copy of the receipt and screenshots of the statements from my card to prove that I did not put in a tip.

Insane prices for the horrible food quality. Go somewhere else. My 6 year old isn't super picky but she wouldn't eat the hamburger , it was gross.

It's 7:47 place is packed and cooks told me to ask the manager why they are closing 1 hour and 15 minutes early. I asked for a reason but just got a shrug. It should be corrected online because it gives false advertisement false hope for hungry travelers standing in a long line ( to only be told after waiting they're closed) and a sense of inresponsibility...and the fact that a manager just gave me IDC kind of attitude... I think a hospitality check is due especially since this is supposed to be a professional establishment on top of her position. Customer service goes a long way. I think that's where my true complaint is.

This is like the only game in town on this concourse. Service was fast. Food was hot and the atmosphere is as expected with tons of people coming and going.

Few options available (ie none, Concourse D and the bar by the security screening have more options). Enjoy.

Grubby little bar in the international part of BWI - unfortunately there’s little choice if you want a few beers before boarding your flight - you’ll need to grin and bare it
