Awesome place. The service is fast and friendly, everyone warm and welcoming. The authentic Italian sub, and the cannoli are AMAZING.

True local places. When I worked in Rosedale I would go here once a week. Something about the bread alone makes this subs so great. Anytime I’m in Rosedale I go here.

I had a Rueben paining with coleslaw and fries. The Reunwn was great! The coleslaw was extremely small, it was the equivalent of a tablespoons worth and very dry. No mayo just shredded cabbage and carrots. My husband had a barbecue pulled pork sandwich on a sub roll. Very dry the meat had no juice. We will return but we will try some different things

I had a craving for a deli sandwich after birding Hart-Miller Island and found this little deli a short drive away. I asked the woman at the counter to make me a sandwich. She made me a salami and cheese sandwich with the works. I got some Amish potato salad too. She was very friendly and got the sandwich made super fast. Both it and the potato salad were yummy. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a quick yummy deli sandwich.

The owner was very argumentative with me today. Their phone order system is broken and the owner takes it out on the customer. Been eating at Pastores for 35 years, and today was my last time. Learn not to be rude with people. In addition, their food is no where near as good as it was 10 years ago. They won’t miss me, and I for sure won’t miss getting treated rudely by them.
