Micky was amazing she helped us pick out the best food and drink options for us! She was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable.

Great ambiance. Food was good but would have loved more side options.

Dejae was a fantastic server and gave us some great recommendations for drinks. Ordered the broiled seafood trio, steak and crab cake, and lobster roll. The French fries were fantastic

Lobster mac n cheese was yummy. Maura was an excellent, attentive server. I miss the all you can eat buffet.

Blue crabs at its finest. It's pricey here but it's worth the experience.

Great food, especially the chef special

Hello Princess

Hostess could have smiled since she’s the first person to greet customers, the girl who sits people named Amaya is rude, she acts like she doesn’t want to work. Our server Katie is very wonderful! Very attentive, great smile and explains the menu and their specials. We ordered the seafood feast and oysters. We were hoping to get atleast some female crabs but they were all male and they ran out of crackers so we’re just hammering the crabs and shells flying everywhere. Other than that it was a good night but could have been better

Juice isn't worth the squeeze. Average food in a very expensive atmosphere at a very expensive price. I dont mind spending a couple hundred for a wonderful meal. Shrimp scallops lobster crab cakes. Just average. Not bad just not great. When my 1st thought is our old spot in Florida does 2 fresh crab cakes for 20 and destroys this at 35 or jeez out back makes a better lobster tail. Just not worth it to me personally.

We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Phillip’s, and it was absolutely incredible! The food was outstanding—heaping piles of perfectly seasoned crab, shrimp, and all the classic boil fixings that had every guest raving. But what truly set Phillip’s apart was the warmth and care from the staff. Not only did they make our rehearsal dinner feel special, Londie and Aimee went above and beyond to help us surprise my father with a birthday celebration during the evening. It was heartfelt, seamless, and unforgettable. Phillip’s gave us more than a meal—they gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. Highly, highly recommend!

In Baltimore for a convention and recall Phillips from years gone by as a top quality seafood place. I was so saddened to see how they have declined. It was an unbusy Wednesday evening. No draft beers were available. The food was mediocre. Lobster tail was dried out as if it had been sitting out a while. Calamari was overcooked. The waitress completely botched our checks as if she had dropped the cards. We all got the wrong check matched with the wrong card. It just was not a quality dining experience.

Our waiter suggested the crab dip, and it did not disappoint! Great staff, very attentive, and the recommendations were awesome! Would definitely recommend

Very good food. Service was a disappointment. We never got the appetizer we ordered, also never received refills even though we asked for them and were told they would be right out. Sweet waitress but she had an off day. Would definitely return if in Baltimore again.

We had so much fun coming back through Phillips while we were in town. Our server Onye took excellent care of us and kept us laughing and well-fed. The seafood is really good but honestly I keep coming back for the staff. This place hires lovely people, and we always feel so welcome. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're up for a show. Oh and Onye, if you see this, Wu-Tang was incredible. Thanks for starting our night off so perfectly!

Outstanding service. Great menu selection. Reasonable price and generous portions compared to couple other places we tried in the area.
