DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA BOLIS. IT IS UNSANITARY. We ordered a pizza from the North Avenue Location on Friday. Someone came to get it at the door and by the time I came downstairs the kids were going through 2 pizzas. We had only ordered one. I checked my account to see if I was accidentally charged for 2 pizzas because I was certain I only said 1 pizza. I wasn't. So then after looking at the boxes I realized that I was accidentally given a pizza for another address. We called to let them know the error but also disclosed we had opened it and everything and they thanked us for letting them know. About 20 minutes later the driver showed back up, knocking on our door demanding the pizza back. We explained that we thought it would be extremely unsanitary to give the pizza to the other customer but he said he just has to do as he's told. We will not be ordering from Pizza Bolis again. How many other times have they went back to someone's house to recover a pizza and give it to an unsuspecting customer?

Hour and a half delivery and delivery driver had an attitude. Underwhelming food. I won't order from this location again. The only reason I didn't cancel was because of the kids and their anticipated for pizza. This ruined my night.
My last review was maybe a year or more ago. Today, the service over the phone was so kind, the delivery was around 45 minutes, and the food was piping hot. It doesn't get better than this. The delivery driver was also kind. For the first time, I felt like I should have tipped more. It's July 6, 2024.
I stand corrected! It is/was July 12th. I was a complete fool to believe anything changed. I explained how I wanted the pizza and the guy kept saying something different. He finally said he understood but still sent the wrong pizza after an hour and a half that was not hot at all. I still tipped the driver to be courteous (but also becauseI thought the pizza was done right. I wouldn'thave minded putting it in the oven to make it hot). A refund was refused until my 3rd frustrating call. Finally, I took the pizza back. I wasted time, money, and should have got my tip back. (The driver was some fat woman this time. The pizza box looked like it had been used. Just a bad experience all around).

Delivery driver was lazy. He just sat in the middle of the street instead of sliding into a parking spot because the street was empty. He sat there and tried to force me to walk to him. I actually had to tell him to come to the door if you want your tip. Really?
The ladies who work there are really sweet and helpful. The food was good and hot. The customer service was wonderful

Terrible workers, just no customer service when i walk in and even worse; I promise that they hand out food that's been sitting down for a long time and wait until someone orders it and heat it up and sell it. The meat was so brown and cold and stale on serveral occasions. The delivery is always late (30 mins to an hour late) and I usually tip a minimum of $5 and it was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Never will I ever order from that location.
