Ordered on door dash and they didn’t have Fanta so the staff went and bought a Fanta from another store. Very friendly staff and great pizza

Went in thought I had Bogo coupon, turns out it didn’t work but manager Caprice was awesome in explaining everything kindly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my pizzas were delicious. Whoever the young man who made them did excellent. Teamwork was great and I will return lord willing!

i used to come to this location all the time. order would be quick and out. the past few days i have had to wait over 20 minutes for a pizza and received some attitude from the one of the workers.

The girl that was working made a racist comment about my husband’s name in front of all the customers. Was super uncalled for and to be honest the pizza was mid.

It should be one star, so I will be frank with this I witnessed my pizza get neglected after 5 other pizzas being serviced . They should have remade my pizza or reheated because it got cold when it was placed my hands.

I will never patronize this place again.. so sincethey added the kiosks nobody's available to talk to even tho they are literally standing right in your face. I ordered a pizza I was watching the guy make it he didn't hardly put any cheese I asked if he could put a lil more I was told no I shoulda paid for extra cheese on the kiosks and its no way to add it to the order. So I walked out tried to call BUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO TALK TO ON THE PHONE HOW SWAY🤔 AFTER YOU TAKE MY MONEY OH ITS NO WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.... IF your smart don't go to this place EVER unless you like getting Ripped off and the Staff are rude as anything but what was I expecting based on how the staff looks I should have known this would be a disaster

DO NOT EAT HERE!! The customer service and food quality is HORRIBLE. This used to be a good restaurant a few years ago. Now, they burn the food, the service is extra slow, and the staff is rude. I waited 30 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready, only to be given this embarrassing BURNT crap. Then the manager had the nerve to insist it wasn't burnt. She said it is how ALL the vegan pizzas look (as if I had never eaten a vegan pizza from there before.. that's all we get! Smh). To add insult to injury, I couldn't get issued a refund because I pre-purchased it online. Then, the manager and her employee sarcastically yelled, "Have a good night," and laughed when I left without my pizza. If my 8 year old daughter wasn't with me, I would've gone back in and let them know what I thought about them.

I need my money back asap. This is unacceptable to serve food like this. Charles village served me this type.of pizza and I paid 50 dollars for this. It was cold,hard,burnt, . U can barley bite it. It's was horrible.
