I will never patronize this place again.. so sincethey added the kiosks nobody's available to talk to even tho they are literally standing right in your face. I ordered a pizza I was watching the guy make it he didn't hardly put any cheese I asked if he could put a lil more I was told no I shoulda paid for extra cheese on the kiosks and its no way to add it to the order. So I walked out tried to call BUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO TALK TO ON THE PHONE HOW SWAY🤔 AFTER YOU TAKE MY MONEY OH ITS NO WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.... IF your smart don't go to this place EVER unless you like getting Ripped off and the Staff are rude as anything but what was I expecting based on how the staff looks I should have known this would be a disaster

DO NOT EAT HERE!! The customer service and food quality is HORRIBLE. This used to be a good restaurant a few years ago. Now, they burn the food, the service is extra slow, and the staff is rude. I waited 30 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready, only to be given this embarrassing BURNT crap. Then the manager had the nerve to insist it wasn't burnt. She said it is how ALL the vegan pizzas look (as if I had never eaten a vegan pizza from there before.. that's all we get! Smh). To add insult to injury, I couldn't get issued a refund because I pre-purchased it online. Then, the manager and her employee sarcastically yelled, "Have a good night," and laughed when I left without my pizza. If my 8 year old daughter wasn't with me, I would've gone back in and let them know what I thought about them.

Sometime last week I was dropping off a package at the Amazon Hub location that's in the 3200 block of St Paul St. When I came out, I smelled food. It smelled delicious. It seemed like the smell was coming from right next door at this place called &pizza. They appear to be open. I think I’ll try them out, and get something to eat. I walk in. Yes, the smell is coming from in here. I look up to see what can I order. All of a sudden, a young female comes out from the back and rudely asks me, am I looking for someone? She seemed angry as if I interrupted her, or I am annoying her. I said, no I smelled your pizza, and wanted get something to eat. She again rudely says, am I looking for someone? Again, I said, no I just wanted to get something to eat, but never mind. I turned around, and left. Too bad for them. I will never go back.
My family and myself ordered pizza every Friday night from here. Lately the service sucks, management unprofessional. All corporate has to do is look at the recording camera and see how things are being done. The pizza is always burnt and I asked for another one and they made it behind the oven where I could not see them and it was cold, so after waiting so long for the first one I was totally disappointed . I gave it to the birds when I got home. Very expensive for sorry service we all know what they did to the second one ? I’m done ✅

I got here and they hadn't even started on my order. An order before mine has been burnt crispy. The place is poorly staffed during a busy time. Advice: if you have to order from here, just show up and order at the counter rather than ordering online and hoping for the best. I am finally watching them assemble my pizza half an hour after i was supposed to pick it up. Follow-up: the pizza is not bad.
