The service is trash. Hire better employees. They care more about gossiping and discussing 4/20 than working or look annoyed when someone walks in and while making the food. The pizza is always overcooked. I don’t know if they leave it in the oven too long or it’s broken. I’ve been here 3 times and I’m over it. Too bad it’s the closest to me and that’s a 13 min drive.

Paid 15 for a pizza and tip, I get a pizza every week or so. Today I dropped the pizza for the first time ever and because they forgot to seal the box it fell out on to the road right when I went outside. They wouldn’t remake it. I know they don’t have to but they also are supposed to seal the box. No customer service. Will support local pizza guys instead from now on. I used to manage a restaurant kitchen I know servings are usually sub $1 for cost of ingredients, it would have been a small act that would’ve kept me coming and tipping. Cashier was helpful, manager wouldn’t talk to me just said no and made the cashier tell me no.

Horrible business. You order online through their app and pizza just… never arrives. The tracker will say it’s being delivered in 15 min FOREVER. If you are hungry, do not order from this miserable place.

Poor service. More focused on leaving than service. Gave me a damaged pizza but chose not to mention it. Only mentioned when I asked for sauce. He then said it was damaged in oven. Had to ask for cheese and pepperoni to finish at home. No accountability. Location always blows.

The music is so loud they can’t hear you place your order. My pizza was burnt and they thought it was exceptable to serve.I requested them to make another pizza. It smoked the entire restaurant. Third and final time to this location. Pizza order is never right. I liked the &pizza in Virginia much better. Very disappointing.
