My friend and I were walking around the area when we decided to try out Poblano's. Not only were the employees there super welcoming, but the food was fantastic! It was our first time there and they were kind enough to give us a small plate of nachos on them. I will totally be ordering from Poblano's again and coming back in the future!

Food is completely seasoningless. I've walked by this place for years and really wanted a burrito so finally decided to try it. No idea how they're still in business serving food this bad - completely unflavored steamed rice, basically steamed veggies topped with canola oil, no flavor to anything. Wanted to support a small business but chains are better.

I don't usually leaves reviews but the service is trash always late even when you call 1 hour ahead . The employees are rude. I called to know what was going on with my order and they hanged up and blocked my number so that I don't call back. would not recommend that place unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food

Something has changed about this place, in 2022 a good friend of mine suggested we go there for dinner,I remember the food being really good, fast forward to now... the quality of food they're serving looks, smells & taste spoiled. I had their chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, corn and this liquid watered down sour cream which made me sick to my stomach and gave me a terrible headache... Never again ?

Food is inedible. Lately every time I get rice there are many overcooked old hardened pieces of rice in my burrito that I can't even swallow the food without breaking my teeth. The big dude that works here purposely shovels in old rice on purpose and saves the fresh rice. He has two batches of tomato rice that look very different on the line.It's seriously a shame because the food is amazing when they don't give me old rice that has hardened.Also, the produce like cilantro, onions, and bell peppers taste filthy like they don't wash it. Please fix this location. I've been eating here for over 3 years and I will be going somewhere else til then.

Overall staff was nice, and food was okay. I would have left it at that but damn... I have a few important comments.I had nachos. Can't complain. I ate every last bite, and I ate it fast. Simple and straight forward.## FoodMy friend had the fish taco meal. The rice it came with had a really sus cheesy flavor which I only tried after finishing my nachos. It tasted like the rice had stayed out somewhere without refrigeration for too long. People die from eating the old rice, y'all need to watch out with that. For this I'm knocking the rating down on the food. This really caused pause, and then I started looking at the place more closely.## AtmosphereThis place is sincerely gross inside. It's just plain dirty af. There's more steel wool in the corners and in the holes in the wall than there is working staff. I couldn't believe I'd just ate there after I left. For this I'm knocking the rating down on the atmosphere. Come on y'all... Just clean the place, the grease and dirt, patch the holes. This stuff can be done SUPER cheap. No one's asking for a Chipotle, but damn.

I've been going here since it first opened. I prefer Poblanos over Chipotle anyday. I've also utilized their catering services many, many times. Zia, the owner is a wonderful person. I'm proud to have seen his business grow over the years. Ernesto is a very great hard working chef.
