The subs are good but dont like that it says 8min waist tops lies last time I went I was in line for 17minutes then they had the nerve to try to rush you and have an attitude when you want to customize your service. I was so annoyed ended up 25mins late to work because I trusted there 8min sign I have never gotten my order made and ready in 8 minutes they need to take the sign down and work on customer service your employees are rude.

Stopped in and had a pick two, a half chicken club and a cup of chili. The chili had a good taste but for me it could have had more substance, beans on meat…it was on the soupy side. The Sandwich was good, fresh deli meat, they have an option for skinny bread if you want to step back on the carb intake. At $10 a good price point, especially in a city environment.

Ordered from here and got it delivered only to find out they forgot to pack my sandwiches. I only received my my soup. I called the store after talking to the Grubhub driver and no one answered. I was really looking forward to this for lunch and was disappointed. ?

Thieves!! This store completely butchered my order and gave me a skinny sandwich when I ordered an original size. Additionally, none of the custom toppings I requested were added. When I called back to inquire, the employee who answered the phone (likely the same one who made my order) offered no solutions and told me it's his first day on the job! When I went in for pickup he was working completely alone, and you're telling me it's his first day?? He then hung up on me when I requested a corporate number or manager to speak with. He now is ignoring my calls back, letting the phone ring off the hook. Disgusting lack of professionalism. Do better, Potbelly.

I really like this potbelly's. The staff is always really nice and the service and food are always great. Especially when compared to the chipotle less than a block away where the staff is really rude and the food quality isn't as great as most chipotle. I find myself going to this potbelly's instead every time because I know it will be a consistently positive experience.

Place was clean. The prices are a bit up there, but it's better than subway so...The food was good. I recommend Skny Turkey Sandwich. So good! The staff was also very pleasant.

Got a cup of cheddar broccoli soup and a ham and swiss sandwich. Was a little noisy due to all the equipment, so was a little hard for me to hear what I was being asked.
