Staff at this location is rude and careless. I feel like I always have to defend myself when I come here because everything is an inconvenience to them.
I eat here often on my lunch break while at work . I tried the chili yesterday and it was good.
i go here all the time. very consistent and tasty. i'm giving an excellent rating because of how their manager runs the store. i ordered a salad and when i returned to the office, i realized they forgot to put the chicken on it. i wrote an email and within four hours, the manager called to invite me in for a free salad. i went in the next day and not only was greeted by the manager, given my new salad and another coupon for a free one in the future. that's customer service.
