I usually have really great experiences here, but lately, there is a young lady who works nights and is extremely careless and lazy. A week ago, I placed an order with DoorDash, and the drink arrived without a bag or a seal, which is not typical for how they package their drinks. But the real annoyance was that I ordered a Pistachio Matcha Latte Smoothie, which is supposed to be white and green, and it came orange. I thought it was a mistake, so I requested a refund from DoorDash and threw it away. 1-2 hours later, while running errands, I went to the store in person to order the drink again, and sure enough, the young lady behind the counter produced an orange smoothie. I paused and asked her whether this was the Pistachio Matcha smoothie. She said yes. For the sake of not arguing, I left. Then last night I attempted to order the drink again, asking her if the paste would be layered around the cup. She explained that “they” actually blend all the ingredients 🤔 I have visited the Columbia store multiple times to order this drink, and every time it looks like the picture. She is ridiculous. The Baltimore location is officially a no-go for me if it is not Columbia; I'm not ordering here. You can literally get a smoothie anywhere, what people are paying for is the quality, service, and overall craftsmanship which she lacks.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. First time ordering from this location and as a result I am delivered a Berry Wake Oatmeal Bowl with absolutely no berries or the ingredients advertised other than the oatmeal. First and last time ordering.

Simply because the young lady refused to speak to me and my daughter when we walked in turned me off. We walked in excited to try for the first time. I spoke, the young lady looked at us and rolled her eyes and turned around. Ridiculous. At least at Tropical Smoothie THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This store is completely unprofessional! Me and my husband frequent this location and have never had any problems. My husband walked into the store today to purchase his juice and was confronted by a young lady named Kim behind the register who asked him if he was the one that wrote a bad review about her store. He then explained to her no he’s never written a review and that if he did, he wouldn’t have returned to the store. I then called the location and spoke to Kim and asked her if she harassed my husband about a review. She said she did and I proceeded to tell her how unprofessional that is in a business and you don’t handle situations like that with people who patron your store and she hung up on me. I called back to inform her that I would be contacting the corporate office for her conduct and she said “you can do whatever you want”. I then proceeded to contact corporate and explain to them what happened and right after that, she called me back and tried to explain herself saying that he looked like the person that wrote the review. My husband is a black man. I had no idea that reviews had pictures of the person whom is writing. That now makes me believe that the store owner is a bit biased. Patron this location at your own risk but me and my family will not return!
I live their smoothies - my favorite smoothie shop to frequent. Love the menu and the service is always fast. I like the Baltimore location the most because they always get the consistency to be the way I like it
