My fiance and I are visiting Baltimore. We wanted to get some drinks and the atmosphere really drew us in from when we saw it. We went inside and asked the male bartender about the menu on the bar that was slightly covered up. He answered my questions just fine. We then proceeded to order from the female bartender.
She immediately said that she thought the other staff member took care of me. I explained to her that I am from out of town and was just asking him some questions....read full review
I went inside and sat the bar for 5 mins and wasn’t even acknowledged by the bar staff that was standing and talking in front of me. I then went to the outside seating to see if a waiter would come. Nothing for 45 mins, the an older white couple came out and that same bartender almost met them at the table with water and took their drink orders. They sat right behind me and he still refused to acknowledge me. So if you’re Black, just know this may be your experience as well....read full review
