Ritas never disappoint.
I wish I could give 0 stars because they were cleaning the custard machine at 8:15 even though they don't close till 9
Decent service and ideal location
They do not take Rita’s gift cards!!!! You need to state that somewhere if it’s the case. This is the only reason we came- to use a gift card we were given. Do not recommend. Whole chain has definitely gone downhill from what it used to be.

Never open when they say they are
I love Rita's! They make their products daily with FRESH fruits! Unfortunately, they were closed this past Sunday. So now I'm on the search for Italian Ice. Hopefully I won't have to wait until next year.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received… or should I say didn’t receive at all.
The Rita's in Overlea off Belair Rd is poorly run and staff has a bad attitude. I've been to several Rita's and this is the only one like this. I ordered a gelato with gummy bears. It's always made with the gummy bears in the italian ice, but the employee refused to do this and put, quite literally, just 6 gummy bears on top of half melted custard. Half of those rolled off before I got back to the car. And when I politely pointed this out, she rolled her eyes at me. I'm not kidding. I almost walked away, but I was in a hurry to leave and wanted something cold to eat. She said nothing to me after taking my money and slammed the window shut. I don't care who hurt you or what happened to you in your life, you don't bring it to work and you don't take it out on other people. Just gross and inept behavior for such a simple job.
