Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

They gave my DoorDash order to some random person then refused to remake it when my actual driver got there. I couldn’t call because their phone is disconnected.

Good ice cream but $10 for soft serve with sprinkles is crazy work!

It was a chilly but sunny day so this was my treat choice at this particular location. My Swedish Fish, Mango and Vanilla Gelato was so good. The young lady that serviced me was so polite, patient (because for a few seconds I was undecided on my flavors) and very professional. Would definitely choose this location on a warmer day due to they have tables you can sit at or on the artificial grassy area where you can bring a blanket and relax.

They was given out free stuff today my grandson really enjoyed his Thanks Rita's

One star for pricing. It’s like $2-3 more for a small than the other locations in Baltimore

Like, these guys are right next to a Starbucks and a grocery store that sell similar products for cheaper - how do they stay in business?

Love Rita's! Staff if always kind and helpful. There ices and blended drinks are always on point. Best frozen dessert restaurant by far.

Wow, just wow what a truly refreshing experience this girl Delilah she was so patient with me. I haven’t been to Rita’s in a long time and I absolutely never go in the winter. She was just so patient. She walked me through all of the options to selection I changed my order about seven different times that she kept smiling and everything. I hope the tip I left was OK

Great fun location, friendly staff and was very patient with my family because we had no clue what we should order. Got to sample every flavor of the day since we never had Rita’s before. I went back a second time without my family ?? and the store was closing up and I felt bad but the girl who might be the manager still allowed me to order my COOKIE BLAST CONCRETE?. It was just what to end my night . My kids love this location because they have a splash pad that stay on until 7pm and movie night I heard some nights. This will be my dedicated RITAS spot for now on. Nice Staff and clean store with plenty parking

I’ve been to Rita’s locations from here to Delaware to Virginia and everything in between. At every location I’ve been to it’s between $4 and $5 for a large ice blender. At this location it was $8.47! I asked the nice young lady about why it’s so much higher here and she said the price is different at the rotunda. Makes 0 sense. Nothing bad to say about the employees, they even let me sample a new flavor. However there is no reason to come to this location if they’re charging double the price for a simple flavored ice. There’s a Rita’s within 5 miles anywhere in the city. This location will never get my money again and I wouldn’t be shocked if it closed soon.

I came about 2 days ago. The lady with the white shirt was rude. I believe she was the manager. A simple question was asked such as “what sizes do u have” she with an attitude replied look at the board. After looking ourselves it’s 2 different options. it took more words to be rude/ have an attitude than to answer the question directly. I don’t ever usually leave reviews, but she completely rubbed me the wrong way. Everyone has a job and if you don’t like yours get a new one.
