Roma Pizza, Subs, Wings, Pasta, and Seafood

The wagyu cheesesteak is to die for! The chicken quesadilla was also large, filling, and delicious with juicy blackened chicken. The quesadilla came with horrible freezer bag fries and I wish there were more items that you could choose to get without fries. This was on DoorDash though, so that could be different in person. They left out the caramelized onions on the cheesesteak but it was still heavenly

They always mess up my order with no apology they always make up an excuse I started repeating my order to the person on the phone and that still doesn’t work the food it’s ok but not worth the stress

This used to be my favorite spot.
The menu has the Audacity to read Overstuffed Subs. you can see what I got. May as well have been a meatless sub.
It was Mayonnaise and sub roll.
When I got to the ends there was
NO MEAT. An Overstuffed sub?
The meat is falling out the ends.
This was absolutely not the case.
I'm NEVER returning!!!!!
Fool me Once! Don't play in my face about my food. I was on 30 minute lunch break I didn't have the time to go back!!

As someone who also works in the service industry I understand the etiquette of tipping when requesting service. However it is EXTREMELY rude to ask for a tip before even receiving service! I was completing my order opting to pay with my card, after collecting my information she asked “Are you tipping the driver or no?” I figured I heard her wrong so when she repeated “Are you tipping the driver or no” I replied “AFTER I RECEIVE MY SERVICE”
I’m hoping the food is good and worth the tip because that was extremely distasteful, unprofessional and rude!
Please add a $3 fee for the drivers cause asking for a tip in advance will get a bad review and drive potential customers away.

Very good place for the money. If you like sub shops it's pretty good 👍 The guy will try to take care of you too ! Parking should be no problem if you can walk a half block.

I always get the 2 subs deal
They have great cheese steak subs & I always get a slice of cheesecake
The strawberry cheesecake is my favorite
It would be awesome if they had blueberry cheesecake too

Awful customer service and food ,when placing a order for a chef salad and 6 honey okay wing all flats well done,I came home with a chef salad with no egg , regular honey BBQ wing after being told the delivery guy took my food so I ask the man who took my order,do Roma put an egg in a chef salad,the answer was yes but we ran out,I the Custer said you should had said you all don't have eggs and let me consider if I want it or not and still did not get my all flats well done.I will never spent my hard earn money to be disappointed again from this place

Delivery took forever. Didn't get the extra pickles. Ketchup had fermented. Called them and let them know. Don't recommend.
