There is a certain kind of adventurous soul who simply cannot resist trying out a taco place in a gas station named after a jewish man. I cannot say whether the food will exceed or fail to meet your expectations, but I can say that I did not regret the call to adventure.
Birria pizza was good. The way they bagged up the condiments wasn't very good. It was wrapped in plastic bags. I'm pretty sure they have experience in wrapping things in plastic bags though.

I had ordered take out due to time. The restaurant had limited seating (2 tables). I like the fact that I can see the cook, while he was preparing our food, but I wasn't paying too much attention.
