I was out with friends, the place was packed but the staff got my food made quickly and brought it to the table we were at. The food was much better than I expected when ordering, and despite being packed, I was still able to hear the people I was sitting with.
Would not recommend to people with cholesterol issues, the burgers are quite greasy, but absolutely delicious.

Food is okay though the fries weren’t cooked all the way through. People are rude and unhelpful. Place is dirty. Can’t talk to a real person most of the time. Not friendly for children or people with food allergies.

My husband loves this place and it never disappoints! I love this cheese fries and the burgers and always delicious.
When you have multiple employee who ignore you but make sure help the guest in front of you (even though both of us were in the pick-up line), you tend to think it might be policy (you know like dont help or ignore "certain customers"??).

I ordered a 1 scoop of custard. This is all they gave me in a cup. Its literally one spoon and I finished it in 10 seconds. Shake shack should be ashamed of themselves..
Both the cashier Jesse and the server Lakisha were both very friendly and hospitable. They both smiled at everyone who walked in and were eager to help

Food was amazing! Hot and cooked to order. They forgot the bacon on my husband's cheese burger and quickly rectified it. When my order came up my double cheeseburger was missing the onions. Staff was friendly, and polite, spoke and smiled. Would come again when in the area.
