Had an online order and it still wasn't put In the bag. Went inside, no one at the front counter, food not ready for the time they said. Went to the drive through, it took 6 mins. Me and someone else got out of the drive through line, went back inside and the food still wasn't ready. By the time I got food it was cold.This location is super slow. Might as well stick to the Harbor location.

First Time Trying Shake Shack I definitely wont be back. I tried a little of everything I had the fries with cheese & bacon there was barely any cheese. It wasn’t warm at all like it was just placed on top cold. The cheese wasn’t even on all the fries , the worse part was the bites like it was super greasy and the breading tasted as if the fryer wasn’t cleaned at all.

This is a very clean and well organised Shake Shack branch. Many kiosks to order online, loads of sitting space and the mobile orders are ready very quickly and accurately.
Paid $18 for a double burger and fries. Smallest portions I’ve ever seen for this price. Fries tasted freezer burned. This was my first time coming to a shake shack and will not return.

I came with my daughter for a quick meal, they were a little busy and got our order mixed up, the way the manager named Key corrected the mistake was incredible, she was very friendly and professional, we would return without hesitation to this place.
Waited here for over 20 minutes. No food. Had to request a refund.
Soooooo much nicer than the one downtown! Great customer service and the food was amazing. The drive through is a plus also!
