Stumbled across this today driving down Boston St. Was happy to see they had a drive through. Staff was very friendly and my shack burger was hot and delicious. It was a bit smaller than I would have hoped but still tasty. Definitely recommend.
Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. Cooked perfect and cool fresh toppings.Cringle fries were hot and crisp.The chicken nuggets were hot but not a value for the money.Service was awesome, and staff offered to refill my sods without me asking.Good experience overall.I'll be back soon

I came here on a Saturday evening to get a couple of milkshakes (they're great) for me and my wife. I went through the drive thru, ordered, and paid very quickly- but I was at the pickup window for nearly 30 minutes before I got my order. I could see that the staff was slammed, dealing with dine-in and takeout customers. However, I could see that they'd made my order and had my wife's shake sitting on a shelf the whole time.
