They don’t care about reviews yall. But anyway I gave this location 2 chances. My pizza got delivered with no seal and it looked like either the pizza fell or got shaken up.. I don’t know.too many stomach viruses going around to be playing around so yes I was afraid to eat it. I would’ve felt better if it had a seal on it…it’s sad because this is my favorite pizza smh
Ordered pizza, decided they wanted to deliver it with DoorDash and I didn’t get my pizza at all, bonus the person who answered the phone got smart with me and got mad because I still wanted my food. Terrible service don’t order from here at all.
If I could give a negative I would! Ordered a cheese pizza with pepperoni…. What I got was cardboard with non existent cheese! I waited in store for my pizza for a half hour I had to ask them was my pizza done They game me a box of old tasting pizza I knew it was a reason why I never like them The papa John’s in Canton

Despite busy times, such as during the Super Bowl 2025, the staff worked hard to keep up, managing to prepare pickup orders on time and remaining friendly. Customers have also experienced some frustrations, like only being able to buy sale specials online, which can add extra wait time. However, the service during a winter storm was excellent; staff was friendly on the phone, and online orders were easily changed. Delivery times were quicker than expected, and the menu offers great options like the Papa bowl, which is huge and perfect for Keto or healthier choices. The store itself has casual, grab-and-go vibes, making it convenient for carry out or delivery. Overall, this location continues to provide great service and delicious pizza, with a friendly staff and a variety of tasty menu items.
