As complicated and particular as I am when it comes to what I’ll except on my palette. This location never disappoints and always gets it right …if they would only add peaches to the menu I would live here daily.. the supplements are my favs .. this location gets it right

Yesterday I order the acai bowl on-line, (2nd time) once again they didn't have it, the first time I received a call to inform me they didn't have it, this time no phone call the girl told my daughter I can give you a 40oz. smoothie instead (like she's doing us a favor) I asked for a refund for the bowl, I asked for my receipt, she tells me she threw it in the trash ?. I asked to speak to the manager, young guy came out he did say he wasn't the manager but he was in charge, I asked for the manager info,he states he's not allowed to give out their info but he can take mines. If this is true how would management/owners know what's going on in their stores. So I asked for the smoothie I did order online, she tells me I didn't know if you wanted it so I didn't make it. Poor customer service, at that point I asked for a refund for everything.

Ordered online because we were in a rush. Got to the store, told them we were here, and the employee chose to take the orders of 4-5 more people and complete those before even starting out order. Overall took 40 min from ordering to the order being fulfilled. Completely unacceptable.

This SK is the location I've visited for the past 6 years. I hesitated posting this review because the owner, Cindy, is awesome and when she was present in the shop things ran very well and most of the time one knew customer service was going to be very good to excellent as were the smoothies. She and Mike ran a tight ship. Since they are no longer in the store, it has been hit and miss with the service and the quality of smoothies is variable. Employees come and go quickly. I've had instances of an employee sticking a spoon in my drink from the blender to see if she forgot anything, of ingredients I didn't ask for being added and when telling them the drink had something else in it (like peanut butter in the Coffee Hi Protein Almond Mocha smoothie), being told that's supposed to be in there (NOT!), and most recently, last week ordering the Dark Chocolate Banana vegan smoothie in which I always sub peanut butter for the banana. The young woman said hold on, went in the back to speak to the manager then came out and told me it would be a 1.19 extra. I asked her to call the manager out. She (Doreen) did not come out but told the employee "just give it to her this time". It sounded like a party in the back. Considering the ever increasing cost of the product, intermittent smoothie quality and iffy customer service I will not be returning to that location and probably no longer patronizing the brand because I won't drive out of my way to get a smoothie. While I am glad the owner is no longer on the daily grind, the experience at this location has greatly declined.

Would not let me use the bathroom even though I was a paying customer AND I'm a truck driver. 0 compassion from the manager. Smoothie was meh. Go to Tropical smoothie way better.

Staff was rude and they moved very slow! All the positive aspects they had a lot of healthy snacks in the smoothie was to die for. I just my die from lack of eating food because the thing was $12.

Went in this particular location today, at approximately 8 am. Service was for some reason off for me and only me. No greeting, yet everyone else got greeted. When my smoothie was done they didn't even tell me.... Nor hand me a straw. Truly disappointing.... Had to come back and edit my post and add.... The smoothie was damn good but... Yeah.. service was disappointing.

i love going to smoothie king it’s so nice. I love getting smoothies there. i also really like Maurice he’s so sweet. He knows me now! he always remembers me when I come in now! Thank you for the best smoothies ever!

Aside from the DELICIOUS, heavenly -tasting smoothies, I love coming to this smoothie king bc of two people in particular-Maurice and Sam (both of whom work here :)). After just ONE visit, Maurice introduced himself, then remembered my name the next time I came in. (What!?!!) He greeted me with a smile and handed me my smoothie that I ordered online. I could not have felt more special. He and Sam are both SO friendly, genuine, QUICK and happy. They are model employees, and honestly when I think about whether or not I should get a smoothie everyday, their faces and energy are the deciding factors. :) You are lucky to have such sincere, dedicated and pleasant to be around employees! Thank you!
