Rami is a guy that works here. I’m not sure if he’s the manager or the owner but he gave me the last bit of the two smoothies I ordered in a sample cup. I just thought it was the nicest thing ever.

This location is by far the best one in Baltimore. The staff was really friendly and the smoothie taste is exactly like it should.. They definitely did a really good job.

I'm working in the area and I love açaí bowls ! I was told smoothie king has them so I gave it a try I wasn't satisfied at all taste was good however pricing and size is robbery you can get a bigger size for a few cents cheaper at pure raw ! It wasn't fulfilling im still hungry if you're going to charge that price at least make it worth it ! I can feed my whole for that price ! With a rotisserie chicken !

They ruined my lunch today. I got a Pineapple and Strawberry smoothie off of the metabolism menu. They put so much of the protein powder in it you couldn't taste either of the fruits in it. It taste chalky and turned my taste buds. Like dam I was so excited to get a smoothie and all that excited was wasted.

The individuals who work here are extremely immature and disrespectful. I live near by and sometimes like to get a smoothie after my work out.The last time I was there I was waiting for my smoothie and a woman walks in with her friend. The woman was clearly a member of the lgbtqia community. Both male works burst out laughing which caused them to stop working and making my smoothie. One turned around and left the store, while his coworker stood there and giggled like an immature child. We all had to stand and wait for this man to compose himself. Eventually he completed my order and handed me my smoothie. I wanted to comment saying “I think there’s a young lady waiting for you to take her order” but chose not to out of fear of them disrespecting her any further. I hung around for a minute and noticed this woman was not waited on immediately after my order was completed. I then noticed his coworker peeking in the window, clearly looking to see if they had been waited on yet.If you are unable to maintain your composure around ALL CUSTOMERS than you should not be working with the public, full stop.Employees need to grow up and learn basic respect for individuals.While I was not disrespected personally, I will not spend my money at a location that is that disrespectful to anyone else. For any reason.I’ll order my smoothies from Amazon. Thanks.

I used to come here every morning before work because of the young lady that used to be in there in the morning time…. I stopped going because I haven’t seen her .. I wanted a smoothie so I decided to drop in … yeah big mistake .. didn’t satisfy my smoothie craving .. please mangerment bring back the sweet Spanish girl that used to be there in morning .. she was the only one who knew what she was doing

Ordered from the app on Saturday and the not only did it take me about 20 minutes to get to the location because the damn streets was closed down but after walking all the way to the store …it was closed!! They charged me and everything for a item no one was making . I came in Monday and got the item but the app should not allow you to order for a closed location, duh!
I always place my order for pick-up about 10 minutes before I get there and it is ready every time I arrive! The staff has been very polite and helpful. The smoothies are delicious but typically slightly sweeter than my preference. I love being able to check the website for exact nutritional information. I would say you get more smoothie for your buck at Smoothie King then at the other places I have bought smoothies around the city. If you haven't been there then the store it self is somewhat hidden and is bit hard to find if they don't have their sidewalk sign out, but usually they do.Edit: I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because I got another smoothie and realized I could take out the sweetener in the customize section. Having that option allowed me to get it perfectly as I like it!!! Thank you Smoothie King!

Came in for a smoothie king and the young lady Karina was extremely helpful ? she has great customer service and a delightful attitude she was working by herself and had a line but got everyone taken care of… and smoothies were perfection.. I definitely will return to this location!!!

I get to the store and despite the hours being posted on the door as 10-8 on sundays the store is closed. I check online and the store is listed as open, I then try the phone number and the voicemail even says that the store is open it's normal regular hours. This was very disconcerting because to me this means you are pushing bad information onto your customer. This should be fixed and addressed.
