The barista was very rude. I believe her name was Josiah and she was an older lady but I left and didn’t purchase anything because of how rude she was.

Visited the store today and the employee customer service was HORRIBLE. When I got to the counter she had earphones in look down at her phone it took her about 5mins to finally look up and acknowledge that I was standing there. Then made my drink incorrectly. I just asked for a refund I was so displeased and I am 10 hours in a 16 hour shift so thanks a lot ! Oh & she had no name tag on

7:30 pm and they closed!

The barista Kim has the nastiest and rudest disposition. You approach the counter and she doesn’t greet you, she stares at you as if you’re interrupting her from something. HORRIBLE customer service.

The one man that was in there was very nice and also, the drinks are so good. Like perfect.

Rarely open during posted hours. You've got a 5% chance someone will be there when they should be there. The grocery store is terribly cleaned, staffed, and stocked, so this Starbucks fits their complete lack of standards.

First time in this Starbucks. Ordered my usual Grande Dark Roast - I was given a warm coffee. Went back in asked for another coffee. Staff was polite and assured me the coffee would be hot. Took 10 minutes. Walked outside with the 2nd coffee and it was WARM AGAIN!!! AWFUL!! 10 minute parking ran out on the meter and I got a $32 parking ticket. Poured the WARM COFFEE out. Never going back. Pete, Baltimore, MD

The staff was super unfriendly. It is 1pm and was just gonna go grab a coffee and lady just gave me a dismissive nuh-uh, instead of telling me that they are close( also according to the store opening time, they should be open at this time). Last time I came to the exact spot and waited for forever, and the lady was just making her own drink instead of mine, and was drinking her own drink while taking forever. Worst Starbucks location one can ever been.

If it was possible to give 0 stars to a business, this would be the one. I love Starbucks and have for many years, but the woman Kim who works at this outlet has me questioning how much I can love anything and still endure the unbelievably rude behavior of its employee. On no less than 6 occasions I've gone to the Store Manager of Safeway to complain about this vile creature, spanning everything from improperly made drinks to closing the store at 2 pm to her inconceivably rude treatment of customers. Each time I also reported the incident on the Starbucks App, and aside from a 10 dollar credit on my account, nothing was done to remedy the situation. Today I slept in waking up at 12:45, and I walked over to Starbucks to get an iced coffee only to find it closed. At 1 pm on a Sunday. When I asked the cashier nearest the Starbucks what was up, she uttered a two word response: Miss Kim. I worked in food and beverage for years and never encountered this level of rudeness or unprofessional behavior before. Ever. What adds insult to injury in this scenario is the fact that Starbucks has been made aware of the situation and has apparently opted to do nothing. Today I walked 10 blocks to the Starbucks in the 3200 block of St. Paul Street where I was treated as a valued customer, and it was refreshing, to say the least. I should note that I'm in a post operative shoe at the moment, so those ten blocks weren't easy to hoof right now, but I had no other option for getting iced coffee nearby. After speaking with several Safeway employees I've learned that this type of conflict happens with alarming frequency when Kim is on duty, and several customers have actually threatened to wait for her on the parking lot when she leaves work. I will not set foot in the Starbucks at Safeway before 2 pm again for fear that this miserable, nasty woman might taint my day. Instead I will walk to the 3200 block of St. Paul Street where Nick and his team know the meaning of customer service and practice it every single day. You blew this one, Starbucks, and I seriously hope you remedy your shortsightedness before you lose more customers. Seriously.

Love it got to love it! Especially the white chocolate mocha hot drink, superb. And now with the Starbucks app earn free Rewards and the ability to pay is phenomenal. The only thing I can not understand is why does every Starbucks prepare their drinks differently???
