Very unprofessional staff. Kept me waiting for water because they were busy chitchatting with their friends. They don’t even call out when your order is done. One of the worst service experience in this branch. Deserves zero star.

Good food, great coffee, friendly staff, this is a nice little spot. The place definitely has a college café kind of vibe, reinforced by the charging ports available under each table, which are extremely useful. While the seating area is kind of cramped and the music selection is less relaxing café and more corporate approved pop/rock. Other than that, however, this it's a nice spot overall.

I Was Here A Month Ago, Stop To Get A Carmel Frappuccino. The Black Woman Started Talking About Me calling me ghetto and using all the Wi-Fi in their establishment While She Was Taking Care Of Another customer. I don’t wanna say too much but I won’t be returning until she’s gone.

As a person with over 20 years Customer Service experience. I get the fact that you have a lot of different personalities walking through the door, but you still have to keep it professional with a 😀!! Denise needs to smile as she welcomes the guests in (although she didn’t welcome me). I ordered black coffee & it was not hot as it usually is. I also purchased a banana loaf, asked that it not be warmed. She didn’t warm it, but the attitude I received when she was putting it in a bag…not professional. I asked for a bag and she charged me five cents, which is cool, but I was just there the other day & was not charged. I hope her day gets better. Bottom line, we the employees can make or break a business, whether it’s our own or someone else’s. Peace & Blessings!

As someone who visits this location at least 2x a month and purchases items, I am deeply felt disrespected by staff who ALL OF SUDDEN had a problem with me a black man sitting in their location on my phone not using their wifi or bathroom. Scene 1: WHITE FEMALE EMPLOYEE : She asked was rather nice came and stated to me that you have to purchase something in order to sit in their store. I informed her that two of my friends just purchased items but I was good.( Needless to say I just had lunch at BAGELRY DELI , which is across the street). SCENE 2:Not more than 3 minutes later a black female employee, whom I will assume was the manager told me I had to leave because I did not purchase anything. I told her my friends but I was good. She went on to say that I had to leave. No problem. I am not here to create a scene for the record There were 4 other people that came in and did not order anything. I beleive that their wss an assumption on the staffs departments about me. To what it was I do not know. BUT I will not support THIS LOCATION AGAIN OR ANY STARBUCKS if this is their policy. The sad part is I am huge supporter of entrepreneurs, independent businesses, and minority managers of businesses. As much as I spend in the John Hopkins area. Really disturbs me especially as a minority media owner. The Soul Media Group
