A cozy franchise in the heart of the Charles Village neighborhood that serves well. This particular franchise feels somewhat unique to other locations that I've seen, a little smaller than some but still efficient. The employees are kind and compassionate, and they are quick and serviceable. A good installation to come to.

I love coming to this location to do my homework as a John Hopkins student. Unfortunately, sometimes the environment isn’t the greatest to do work in. One employee is constantly singing super loud like we’re in glee and sometimes they literally forget about your drink. Generally a nice starbucks, but a bit chaotic.

It’s in a great location, but every single time I have ever been, not exaggerating, they take my order wrong no matter how many times I verify. They forget I want oat milk so they make it with dairy, they forget the flavor I asked for, etc. It wouldn’t be a huge deal if it wasn’t a frequent occurrence. All the baristas are rude and unhelpful in the slightest. I understand it’s hard working at a coffee shop, I’m a barista. But they consistently mess up every single order and if you point anything out, you’re just met with Iroll and them snatching the drinks out of your hands to remake them.Milk and whip creams are always left out on the counter for hours at a time. I have studied in here a few times at this point and they don’t put the milk away. They just keep it out on the counter with no cap until it is empty. If it’s not busy, sometimes it can take 2 to 3 hours. I have also seen somebody wash their hands there maybe one time. Are used to work at Starbucks, and you’re supposed to have a 30 minute timer set for everybody to wash their hands.Overall, I would absolutely not recommend coming here. They are constantly overstaffed and yet still managed to get nothing done. Wait time for anything, at any time is at least 15 to 20 minutes. You’re better off just going to Bird in Handor another coffee shop in the area

I visited this store to get coffee on 11/11/23. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks location. I asked the man at the cash register what kind of syrup was in a drink and he said "idk- I just work here". So I googled it and ordered a shaken latte. He then asked me how many shots of espresso I want in it and I was like... how many are supposed to be in it? My bf ordered a iced black coffee. So they made my drink, but they never gave my bf his black coffee. So we asked them about it. They asked what he had ordered- my bf says "iced black coffee". Then they gave him a hot black coffee. My bf was like "I asked for iced". Then the barista got mad and started acting really rude. Right in front of me and my boyfriend- she turns to her coworker and loudly says "um you heard him say hot coffee, right?". The other barista responded with something rude towards my bf. So it was pretty uncomfortable they got the order wrong multiple times and then had to make a huge scene of it in front of everyone. Then they continued loudly talking sh*t about my bf as they made the iced coffee. It felt like not only did no one there know what they were doing but they were also going out of their way to be rude to customers. Strange experience.

Yes, Starbucks is a fast food restaurant. But the service here is more poorly organized than that of most McDonald’s. The barista‘s do not care to check on patrons who have been waiting for extensive periods of time. My drink was forgotten about and left unfinished for over 15 minutes. I politely asked the barista to check on my order, and she did no such thing. They prioritize mobile orders, despite in-store patrons, waiting patiently. There is a huge lack of organization, cleanliness, and customer prioritization. If you have the opportunity to visit another Starbucks, this is your official recommendation to do so. Otherwise, prepare to wait for 20 minutes for one coffee.

I will start by saying that I love Starbucks on St Paul , but this morning and it had happened on numerous occasions , where the one young lady has made my coffee wrong. I have called the store but I realize they are busy and no one picks up. I’ll stop by and get my coffee re-made

I frequent this Starbucks almost every Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings. Each time I am met with attitude and aggravation. I get it it's early in the am (6am) but you chose this job knowing the hours. The coffee is mid I almost always have to ask for it to be made over. Regardless of the staff the music is great

Brooke, Michele, Ke’la, and Cameron created the best experience I’ve had thus far at this location. They had the perfect energy, great tunes, and exceptional customer service. What a great team!

I get that Starbucks can get crazy busy, especially in the mornings, but it's disrespectful to yell at the customers who do not have anything to do with the issue at hand. Multiple teenagers were yelled at by the workers because the workers were stressed out. I am in food service, so I understand the stress completely, but it isn't right to scream at customers who are unsuspecting and do not have anything to do with the stealing of drinks. Multiple employees were quite literally yelling at the customers, scolding them for things that they did not even do. When you are stressed out, please do not take it out on the people who are paying the company who pays your salary. You're allowed to be upset, but screaming at 17 year old girls (multiple times) isn't acceptable.

These ladies are so pleasant and the store has a very mellow vibe. It's clean and the service is prompt. They also offered us samples! Strawberry Açaí Lemonade was really refreshing. I def recommend this location.
