This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I took one star away for service today because my order was messed up twice. I clearly repeated decaf about 3 times to be given caffeinated coffee which today of all days sent me into full on cant calm to teach yoga then crash during family dinner. I'm not sure If the batista was so busy but I'm not a happy camper and I come almost daily

The guy Julian there has ZERO customer service etiquette. Why would you guys put someone working the register who looks annoyed by anyone coming in. Doesn’t look at you when he’s speaking to you and when he “handed me our drinks” he rolled his eyes my friend and I were so polite too. I regret even tipping him. Garbage for customer service. Never coming back to this location. I get better conversation and or a smile from the lady asking for change and cigarettes outside. Perhaps hire her instead.

I recently visited your store and had a very concerning experience with a supervisor named Holly, who identified herself as the manager. From the moment I arrived, she appeared visibly aggressive, agitated, and seemed bothered by my presence — without any clear reason or provocation.
Her behavior escalated to the point of yelling in front of my child, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. Both she and another coworker contributed to an atmosphere that felt tense, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable.
What made this experience especially troubling was the tone and attitude displayed, which raised concerns around potential racial bias and a clear lack of cultural competence.
I strongly urge that this location — and particularly the staff in leadership positions — be provided with enhanced training in customer service, cultural sensitivity, and de-escalation techniques. No customer should feel targeted, disrespected, or unsafe in a Starbucks store.
This was a disappointing and alerting experience that I hope is taken seriously.

So, I work customer service and can see and live through both the view of customer and barista- them giving me extra and extra foam on the side and I DIDNT ASK WAS REALLY NICE. And before I moved the cups they stacked and all in their own spot.

And they matched the energy of the store and were great with service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Nice cool cats so give them more hours lol… but no seriously. Kiko, Holly, and MC.

If you could hire more staff as it makes no sense to not be able to get a drip coffee ONE HOUR before the store hours are posted to close. They are doing the best the can!!!! Or change hours posted!!!

I love this location! The store is always clean, and the layout is cozy and perfect for studying. I also really appreciate the baristas here—Sophia and Robert are always so kind and make each visit memorable. They truly help make Starbucks feel like a “third place.”

Young lady making the drinks tonight 11/30/24 said she couldn’t make my drink right cus she has a migraine and didn’t even offer to make it over after I said it was wrong. Excuses on why I’m receiving poor service is complete BS. Never coming back.
