I love this location! The store is always clean, and the layout is cozy and perfect for studying. I also really appreciate the baristas here—Sophia and Robert are always so kind and make each visit memorable. They truly help make Starbucks feel like a “third place.”

Young lady making the drinks tonight 11/30/24 said she couldn’t make my drink right cus she has a migraine and didn’t even offer to make it over after I said it was wrong. Excuses on why I’m receiving poor service is complete BS. Never coming back.

Really appreciated the barista working tonight!!! She was so accomodating and patient as I didn’t know what I wanted and really took the time to talk to me and figure out what would be the best drink. Which definitely couldn’t have been easy as she appeared to be the only person there when I went and it was about 7pm and she had a few people waiting as well as appeared to be doing a lot of side tasks. I feel other locations in that position the barista can get really rude or overwhelmed but she was handling it so well and being so kind to everyone. I felt really bad though and the company should definitely hire more people I’ve never seen any Starbucks not have at least 3 people behind the counter. But thank you so much for the drink it was amazing!!!!

I rarely do reviews but Julian at this location seems like he rather be standing on nails instead of working here and it’s the same attitude everytime?. Im not expecting a jolly smile and a wave but he genuinely acts like he is a hostage and it’s a major vibe change from the former employees that used to be here. Nobody wants to start or end their day with someone who seems annoyed with you or life itself

I don’t even know why I try to go here anymore. Orders are NEVER right and they’re always out of everything. You ask for an iced coffee you get a hot, you ask for a hot you get an iced. You ask for almond milk you get skim, it never ends. Then if you TELL them your order is wrong and to look at the item receipt of what it should be they’re out of the ingredients to remake it. Seriously done this time $15 for two coffees that can’t even be made correctly. How hard is a caramel ICED macchiato and a hot PSL?

Better than I thought it would be in terms of layout and atmosphere, I was delighted. The baristas were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. I don’t normally hang around Starbucks but this location felt extra nice.

Dime is the best. She’s attentive, remembers my name & drink, provides great customer service, always replies nicely when I ask for the bathroom code. The AC is always on there and it’s always been a pleasant experience when I’ve ordered from there. Go Rotunda Starbucks!

Parking: Usually up front or by the Moms grocery store there is plenty of parking.

I had my drink made by a rude employee named DIME , first off let me say I come here almost every morning for my same order , I brought my drink back because it was missing caramel drizzle , I said told her that and her immediate response was it said Carmel syrup and we blended it in , I said I know that it also says caramel drizzle , she has the audacity to tell me no it doesn’t , so at this point , I’m frustrated so I say what does this say , showing her clearly says both , then she takes my top off , sprays caramel on on top and the drinks starts overflowing on the side , puts the top back on , and then has the audacity tell me I need to find something to clean the sides of my cup . She needs to be tamed . I am going directly to corporate also .

Horrible experience nearly every time. I have a very simple order, a pink drink. I always recieve a drink that is nearly white. I took the issue up with the manager. She proceeded to argue with me saying that this is how the drink is made and I need to ask for extra base. Why is it that every other location I visit gives me an ACTUAL PINK drink but this location has a certain way of making it? The drink I was given literally tastes like coconut milk. Let me ask the audience... do yall see pink anywhere in this drink?

Understaffed for starters. A manager with bad management skills. When you're employees are Understaffed as a so called manager you're supposed to step in and MANAGE things, not stand in the way holding conversations. My wife asked if she could get a drink prepared for our son b4 she leaves because she decided to work from this Starbucks after dropping our son off to school and the manager said no because they were closing. My wife asked what time were they closing so she could gather her work stuff she said in 3 hour's ? like really ? SHOUT TO TO THE REAL MVP OF THE STORE AND WHO SHOULD REALLY BE THE MANAGER YASMIN.Yasmin held down the store on her own. Her customer service never lacked while taking orders and making drinks. She handled the rush with ease. Kudos to her!!

Kid-friendliness: To much going on to have kid's in that type of environment ?
