As I tood at the counter, four employees stood 2 feet from me and none of them attempted to acknowledge my presents. After two minutes of the employees avoiding eye contact, I left. It seems the apathetic 'women' didn't want to work harder than the others, I just took my business elsewhere.

Based on my experience, I can confidently say that the customer service at this establishment is outstanding. The waiting time is reasonable, the coffees are good, and the hot breakfast is absolutely delicious. The establishment is mostly clean and I have never encountered any issues during my three visits. I sincerely hope that they continue to maintain this level of excellence.

This is possibly the worst Starbucks that is not in an Airport or Target Store, go anywhere else, staff is slow, angry, poor attitudes, and just very obviously don't care. Drinks are very inconsistent too, go to another location, I'm sure it's not too far

Came in with only 15min til closing time. My girlfriend and I both got our coffees and they were done to perfection. Wonderful to see that this also appears to be a safe atmosphere for kids to wait for their parents to come pick them up from the shopping center as well. We loved our coffees!!!

Of all the Starbucks in the area this is the only Starbucks that I don’t have a problem with. That’s one skinny looking white guy who is nasty to me, but everyone else is good.

for a location in a strip mall, they're pretty great at handling the crowd that often comes in during the weekend. the proximity of the entrance to the ordering counter can be cumbersome when it's busy since it turns into a bottleneck, but it's never been a huge enough problem to deter people. they're always friendly and helpful, and one of my favorite locations in the area to visit.

Carmel Ribbon Crunch is my favorite. I always ask for extra crunch but I didn’t get the carmel around the cup nor extra crunchies. Drink was still drinkable.

This place has one too many rodents for me to be comfortable. I saw a mouse run across the counter right where customers receive their drinks, then I saw two near the fridge where food is prepared which is visible from where customers sit. This is disgusting to have to see and to know that is where my drink/food was made that I did not even drink/eat in the end. I hope this store gets this mice infestation fixed because I cannot step foot into that Starbucks again.

Never left a one star review for a Starbucks before. Usually service is great. However at this location service was very poor and they forgot to prepare many food orders—mine and others. Excuse was (without an apology) we are busy so we forgot the food order. Busy usually means the customer waits longer which is understandable but it does not mean that you simply do not provide the order.
