The cashier and barista were SO rude. The barista is also the manager, short blonde hair, bigger lady. I spent $40 at this Starbucks and asked for one cup of ice. The MANAGER proceeded to tell me she was not my slave and would not get me a cup of ice. I had no prior conversation with her so this is not a matter of her thinking I was rude, which I was not. This is some of the slowest service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. On top of that, there was mold on several items in the display case and when we notified the manager he informed us that they were waiting until noon (hours later) to change them out and the mold was fine as it was just a display. Then, the barista made the drink of a friend who came after us in the line before starting mine, leaving us waiting an additional 10 minutes for a simple drink. Would not return.
I discreetely told the manager that there was mold growing on a few of the food items on display and he told me that it's ok, they would change them out at noon and that they change them out everyday, but that mold looked like that of one that has been growing for several. He didn't seem the least bit phased by the mold. Service was very slow and out of order. I suggest you find another coffee at the airport.
