I have never waited so long for a coffee. The service here is a disaster. All they do is talk with each other.The worst Starbucks I've ever been in.Highly not recommended.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Workers should teach a course of anti-service skills. No interaction.. If you don't want to interact with the public, don't take a customer service job. Adult supervision needed..

I arrived desiring a good cup of coffee, and though I did get a cup, it was not that good, nor was the service provided as professional as one might expect from a Starbucks. The attendant was apathetic, not personable or service-oriented, and left a literal bad taste in my mouth! I served myself by loading the half and half for my coffee by filling up the receptacle, which the employee should have handled, and wasn't even thanked when it was all done. Asia, if it was her with a long plated ponytail, was more focused on her phone than attending to me, the customer, while her co-worker was running around doing the grunt work. You might consider putting individuals who are not customer friendly in the foreground while those who love people on the register; I would go as far as to recommend you create a position that would accommodate those who are lacking in this area so that they can still be hired, but not for the front. In my opinion, this employee would be perfect! I am unsure if Asia (10163) is the person since sometimes one will sign on to the register but work under the other's log-in. But there were two working at the Starbucks Baggage claim# 27684; see the camera to get it right. My receipt is CHK 70850 W/ Store ID# BWISTA13. The video might be used as a teaching tool. :-)

The cashier and barista were SO rude. The barista is also the manager, short blonde hair, bigger lady. I spent $40 at this Starbucks and asked for one cup of ice. The MANAGER proceeded to tell me she was not my slave and would not get me a cup of ice. I had no prior conversation with her so this is not a matter of her thinking I was rude, which I was not. I patiently waited for my drinks. This is the WORST service I have ever received. I asked for her name twice but she proceeded to ignore me and again tell me she was not my slave. She is not a slave, she is a paid employee there to serve the customers. While I waited for my drinks I watched her continually be rude to other customers as well. I will be calling whoever is above this manager. Simply disgusting service.

Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. The worker was on her phone and was just talking while holding the lid of my coffee. The only thing they needed to do was to place the lid and give it to me. That took 3 minutes. Also the state of cleanliness was horrible. Mould in the display as seen in the pictures and the workers themselves were filthy.

Traveling on Thanksgiving means caffeine. Lots and lots of caffeine. Starbucks was directly outside of the security checkpoint, and being the first coffee shop I spotted I immediately got in line for my caffeine fix. The line moved quickly, with 3 staff members behind the counter. The guy taking my order was very friendly and kind. The coffee came out pretty good- similar to when I order it elsewhere. Rating 4/5 instead of 5/5 for the messy counter at pickup (there were several drinks that had never been claimed, making a gross looking graveyard of abandoned drinks), and the barista who finished making my drink but clearly forgot about it, waiting another 5 minutes to put the lid on and hand it to me.

The Starbucks employee was extremely rude. We have placed an order through the app and waited for 10mins. After the pickup time was done, we went to pick the order. There was a cup placed at the service and we were checking if that was our order. However, the employee started shouting at us asking us to put it down. When we said we already placed an order, he simply said that the system was down and he didn't get anything. When we asked him to place an order at that time, he asked us to get back to into the long line to place an order again and he didn't even care for apologizing on the system issue at their end. We ended up getting late and had to run for our flight and didn't even get the Starbucks order. I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone traveling BWI airport. This is the Starbucks right after the D/E security check point.

I ordered a blonde latte and my drink came out tasting like straight milk. I order the same thing from Starbucks often, and it never tastes like this. Also, I paid for sweet cream cold foam but didn't receive any. When I told the barista that my drink tasted like milk and didn't have sweet cream cold foam, he just poured some sweet cream cold foam in a separate cup and gave it to me. It was too thick to pour so I had to scrape it out with a straw to get it in my drink. I just wanted a completely new drink and I thought that would come across. Super awkward experience.

What a great customer service here at Starbucks BWI - D Pier Checkpoint. I was confused at first I don’t know what to get cos I was having a rough day. Ida brought a smile on my face telling me she will hook me up with something that I will like and she did with exceptional and I can’t expect nothing more than that. Salman on the other side was so professional telling me all stuff he’s putting together to make my coffee great. The taste, I can’t say here until you patronize this team. They are just an asset to the STARBUCKS as a whole not just this location alone. Great sense of humor, great customer service, well clean area and their professionalism is top notch.

Actually 0 star, the lady at the counter was just rude rude rude...attitude just from me asking if a pistachio latte is hot!! I would never get a coffee or anything from this Starbucks again

Just came from there and ordered four teas , asked for something with no caffeine and Hot. The dude made suggestions and then served us four teas with no sugar wow for the children. Never mentioned it. Now I'm 20 minutes away.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. You should not have to wait 40 mins to get a coffee. The employees are extremely rude. Refused to give me a refund when my plane was boarding and my drink was not made. I was here 2 weeks ago and it was the same situation. Rude employees, huffing and puffing when you placed an order at Gate B. I stood in line 30 mins last time and did not get a drink then. Today, the employee thought it was more important to be on her phone, then make coffee as everyone was waiting at least 20 mins. I've had it with this place. Do not waste your time. Dunkin donuts further up gate.

Currently standing with 20 other people all waiting to have their orders remade while I’m watching 2 employees stand around chatting, one doing dishes one ringing up new orders and one actually doing anything productive. Staff is extremely rude to top it off.
