They made my friend and I’s drink wrong 3 seperate times they were not off menu items either. Then the texture of my drink was a bit off. I always feel bad for the workers bc I know they are busy. Communication would go a long way. The cashier seemed kind of new so it’s possible she put the drinks in incorrectly, which led to those mistakes.Dietary restrictions: Make sure you double check that if you asked for a dairy substitute they honored it!

YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF. Why do you have only one person available to make drinks on a weekday morning? While this young lady was doing her best, she absolutely could not handle all these people fast enough. And it's always like this lately....not enough staff in the rush hours. 1 extra person would have made a big difference. I did a mobile order and still had to wait 15+ minutes after getting there for my drink. Management get it together. This is area is full of college students, I'm sure you can find someone to hire. Other than that, it's a really nice establishment and the workers are always nice.
The protein box had the freshest fruit I've tasted in a while. Since going to Dunkin, a venti coffee doesn't seem so big. The $6 I spent for the coffee didn't seem woth it.

This location is seriously under-staffed. We come to Baltimore once or twice a year to see the Red Sox. This Starbucks is very close to the hotels we stay at, and it had become our regular breakfast stop. This past Friday and Saturday we were told there would be a 20-25 min wait. We accepted that. Sunday we were told the same thing, but the actual wait time was over 45 minutes. This is largely due to understaffing. We will not be going back for the last two days of our stay, and may skip it in the future as well.
