This Starbucks located on the corner of Broadway & Alicinnia which I've visited @ least 8 times within the last 2 months is a good place to go get warm when its cold outside while drinking one of there hot beverages, and this Starbucks is also a good place to go to, to cool down when it's hot outside while having one of there many cold drinks you can choose from, it's also a good place because its in a good, safe area, its always clean, neatly designed, the music IF it's on, is playing low and not unprofessionally loud and annoying,,, remember people, Starbucks is a relaxing business, not a night club, Yet, the only thing that is Not good is the staff, WHY BECAUSE these kids are better than good, there (Great), hospitable, quick with your order, polite, and YES, good as well, ESPECIALLY, EL and Denim,,,,Keep making our day,,,,,and Gracia's for making many people like me happy,,,Gerald ?? Matteo Lane is so spot on with Starbucks baristas. This place was running like a top! He even gave me an upgrade of Emperor's Clouds & Mist and brought it out to my table. So sweet! Only 4 stars because I am not a fan of corporate cafés.

Saw a video of an employee, Michael, making jokes and light of genocide. I get what they were trying to say with their snarky attitude and karen demeanor. I also think that joking about genocide is always inappropriate. Is that this Starbucks location's official stance on genocide? To make jokes? Inappropriate.

Boy with the bleach blonde hair has the worse attitude. Starbucks should do better in hiring for customer service with the amount of money we pay for coffee here.

I usually come about once a week to get my drink in the morning for work. My drink is always blended perfectly and gets better each time I've ordered it. The staff there has always been very friendly when I've come in.

The associate Michael is very nasty &rude!!! The cashier didn’t know anything about the drinks. I went over to Michael being that he was the one that was making the drinks and asked if there wasCarmel in it. He yelled and told me not to ask questions it wasn’t my turn. And then told me as I was the customer that it was inappropriate to ask questions. The drink was disgusting..

Michael the associate making my drinks was so rude and nasty. He yelled in my face and told me to hurry up and leave because I asked for a bag with my mobile order. Not only did this store not offer 4 cup holder but wanted to charge 5 cents for a bag that I clearly needed. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for months and I’ve never experienced such rude service. I will not be returning. Being yelled at in the face by a grown man is not how I wanted to start my day and I will always be haunted by that memory.

Do not appreciate one of the baristas’ uncaring attitude. Ordered a Frappuccino but didn’t give me a straw. Gave me a cold-eyed stare when I asked for restroom passcode. Maybe I will give a bigger tip next time just to see if that cheers her up.

Manager very rude. After waiting more than 10 minutes for pumpkin bread, I asked if I could just have it unheated and he said “step back and you will get it when ready”. I was the only one in the store when I placed the order. I actually said never mind keep it, as I couldn’t keep my ride waiting.
