Just your regular old Starbucks. Slow, but friendly, service. Out of multiple baked goods on a Sunday morning. Location is convenient for the science center and aquarium. Directly across from the visitors center and the inner harbor.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is amazing and has the best customer service. They are all polite, friendly with a very positive atmosphere. The team works well together and is very knowledgeable about their food & drinks selections. My favorite meals to date have been suggested from their team members. May I add I visit this Starbucks like every day! They be already knowing my order once I reach the counter. I highly recommend to all the Starbucks lovers such as myself.
This Starbucks may be small inside but the staff here is big time, with courteous fast acting service and with NO extremely unprofessionally LOUD music makes it easy to relax in, and a sitting area outside to enjoy your Starbucks order , the weather and your day with,,, *we the people of the world deserve a break, we've always have earned it! So to this Starbucks, also on president street, and in canton, Gracia's for making our day,,, Gerald ??,,, A fan of Latinos, Americans, humanity and this Starbucks

That particular Starbucks on Charles St is sketchy at best ... The barista that was there Wednesday morning was wonderful, while other times they have been rude, very rude to the point where I won't bring my young kids in because you don't know what or who you are going to get.

So I've been coming to this starbucks for a few weeks now and it seems about no matter what time of day I come I always get stuck with these rude baristas. This skinny girl in the morning named Sunday or day who is loud, obnoxious and just straight out rude to her coworkers and to the customer's. She stood around having customer's waiting to be rung up while she gossips with her other coworkers about other employees that she looks down upon. She was making fun of a coworker named Asia or something. Saying rude things about them for the whole store to hear. It is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She always like to pick fights with customers over the little things and just seems like she's into ruining people's mornings. The other girl at night was named Chris. Everytime I get rung up by her she has this nasty attitude and she always reeks of weed!. You think of someone who always smells of weed must at least be more relaxed instead of always being rude to people. She is another employee there who yells it out to the world about talking smack on her fellow employees. Instead of running your damn mouth off why don't you learn how to make a decent cup of coffee. If these two don't know how it is to treat people with respect than maybe they are in the wrong job setting. The hell with both of them. Never coming back here again.
