I don't know who was on staff today but both women were on their phones and not paying attention. I had to wait around 10 minutes before the gentleman, who was assisting other customers, was able to look in my direction and ask if he could help me. I appreciated him taking the time but the other 2 females, I caught their attention multiple times and they just kept ignoring me. One of them even walked past me and looked at me and didn't say a word! WHOEVER the women were working at 2pm on Monday Dec. 4 needs to get off their phones, help the customers, and not avoid working, especially when customers are on a time crunch. Very unsatisfied, but I feel so bad for the gentleman who was working extra to cover the lack of work from the other two. (Management should probably talk/retrain those two)

Nice location as far as service and drinks which has nice flavor. The interior was absolutely fantastic. The space was clean and spacious. The food was fantastic and well-baked. The coffee was amazing. The service was professional and fast. The options were well stocked and presented.

Nice location, rather run-down. As expected, although can get really busy. Very kind and helpful personnel!

I often place mobile orders at this location, and for many of those orders there's always something wrong with my beverage. from missing an ingredient to be made completely wrong. I have to ask for my drinks to be corrected on many occasions.today I order a vanilla sweet creme cold brew with cold foam. when I got the the location to get the drink, it only had the cold foam and cold brew coffee. there wasn't any of the sweet crème. Honestly I wouldn't be as upset if it was missing the cold foam, but whomever made my drink literally forgot the ingredient that is in the name of the beverag. and this isn't the first time this has happened.also the manager there, the white dude that's bald, isn't very pleasant. he's alway rude or mean mugging me when i come in. I don't know if it's because I always ask for my drinks to be corrected . which I wouldn't have to do in the first place if they are made proper the first time.

Sept 14, 2023: I entered this Starbucks location at 11:40 AM and witnessed a few red flags. (1) The staff allowed a person with a pit bull into the store (fleas buzzing). (2) A shift manager, a person with purple hair, stood at the register counting large sums of cash (out in the open!) and was inattentive to customers at her register; we had to wait until she finished counting her money stash (nearly 10 minutes) to get fully served; (3) an unbusy barrister (a female wearing a yellow t-shirt and a hair bandana) was very "laissez faire" and slow to pitch in to help the shift manager. Awful experience!

Bmore Restaurant Connoisseur

It’s a Starbucks. Coffee is adequate and entirely overpriced, service is quick, baristas are kind. Really not much else to say on the matter. Very conveniently located near Penn Station.Really wish there were more local businesses on this block since so many storefronts have been abandoned and the only things left are these incredibly average fast food chains. The neighborhood is really nice.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve given up on this location. I ask for a “splash” of cream every time and I swear I get a cup of half and half with a splash of coffee. Then when I ask nicely for them to redo it its still a crazy amount. The staff is generally rude too. This is the 5th or 6th time and for almost a $6 coffee its not worth coming back anymore.
