I ordered from here and the sandwich was falling apart and covered in so much sauce the sandwich was falling apart. I ordered light sauce and it was so much the bag was wet. The whole sandwich was soggy!👎🏼
Lexi and Caden were perhaps the #1 SUBWAY people I’ve ever met in my life!!!
I actually went to the grand opening when Subway first opened in Maryland around 1975.
It was not ONLY a big deal for Subway.
Brooks Robinson had a big PR event and was the spokesperson. They had all kiinds of advertising about getting his autograph.
Back then, he was compared to Babe Ruth -“one of the best baseball players in history.”
If you’re coming around the beltway aka 695 And you’re visiting Baltimore.
Don’t Miss an opportunity to get off on BelAir Road and go have some fresh bread and don’t forget to buy some homemade cookies.

I ordered an Italian Cold Cut Combo. It is 12:50pm Saturday February 1st, 2025. I was charged $13.89 for my footlong and bag of chips. When I asked for my cup to prepare my beverage he told me I had to pay separate for a bottled drink because their fountain machine broke. I asked “ when was you gonna tell me that I would be paying separate for the sandwich, separate for the chips and separate for the bottled soda. So in addition to the $13.89 for just the sandwich and chips I was charged an additional $3.06 for the bottle soda. I asked for a bag to put my lunch in to carry out to my car and I was told bags cost extra and that I would have to carry each item in my arms. I asked for a straw to drink my beverage and was told they don’t have straws. Horrible, horrible, horrible. NEVERRRRRRR GOING BACK!!!!! They don’t deserve a star. Sad.
I don’t normally write reviews but this is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. The girl behind the counter was rushing so fast that she kept forgetting orders and asking the same questions over and over. She was incredibly rude. I couldn’t really see what they were doing behind the counter until she was wrapping the sandwich, at which point I saw that she put it in the wrong bread. When I told her this she said oh, I’m sorry but that is too bad because I have already made it and refused to make it correctly. I will not go back to this location.
I had a terrible experience at the Subway near Buffalo Wild Wings. The young man working there had a really bad attitude when he was asking me about the ingredients for my sandwich and didn’t make my sandwich correctly. In addition, he packed it improperly and made me feel uncomfortable by staring at me as I left the store. This unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable.

The soda machine has been broken for 6 months-1 year. They don't seem like they have plans to fix it. They don't accept coupons, which is decision made by individual store owners, but they choose not to. Their bag policy is unclear. The skinny plastic bags they used to put sandwiches in, are *not* reusable. They are smaller than what you get for FREE in the produce aisle of the supermarket, but they want to charge $ for that. At least offer the customer a decent paper bag or reusable plastic bag. If you make any complaints, the female manager/owner gets very defensive and aggressive.

I placed an app order for pick up requested toasted veggie subwith extra cheese and extra veggies. My cheese was not melted and I got regular amounts of everything. When I tried to address the reps they told me the only thing they could do was to reheat the already prepared sub WHICH WAS ALL VEGGIES!!I declined as it would melted the cheese but make the veggies gross.. all in all I was told to reach to customers service, I had to reach out twice just to get an I'm sorry and they'll talk to the staff, but please come back... I swear they have lost Me for life!!

I went in before 8 o clock and I guess the gentleman forgot to charge me for a pretzel and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I could see said pretzel and was starving. Convinced it’s bad luck to order anything besides your regular order because for years I’ve gotten the chicken bacon ranch and never had any problems or complaints. Sad starving disappointed loyal customer who will not fill up on the small cut 6 inch ☹️
The female employee act like she didn't want to be bothered.

Whatever happened to basic customer service?I walked in today and neither of the people at the counter said hello.I continue to stand there while one gal was sliing cheese right in front of me and the other gal was checking out a customer.After the customer had paid and walked away from the counter, still no one said anything. I don't expect anything but basic common courtesy. And if somebody who knows that I'm walking into their business cannot even say hello to me. Then they absolutely do not deserve $1 of my harder money.I will happily drive by your location to go to another location. Or simply just choose something else to eat. There's plenty of Choices.Oh, and as I walked out of the store and said in my car. I could see the person who checked out the customer looking through the window at me smiling. That Simple action right there will cause me to never, ever step foot in your store.

Poorest customer service and really rude teller, they really need to learn how to speak with customer who give them business. I went to get footlong sub today and teller (black girl) starting taking soo rude as she not willing to work, I being eating sub from subway for more then 10 year but never being treated like this before , I promise to my self I will never visit this location again and will recommend everyone not a good place to visit when u hungry.
