It is 9:30 am on 8/26/25 and the doors is still not open but yet the time says 9am I called to see what time will they be open and no answer if your not gonna open on time at least put up a sign saying what time you be open

I recently visited this Subway location, and my experience was quite disappointing. I was looking forward to enjoying a delicious sandwich, but I witnessed several unsanitary practices that raised serious concerns.
Firstly, I noticed that trash was being handled near the sandwich-making area, which should never happen. Additionally, the condiment dispensers were not properly wiped down, and water was leaking from two of the bottles, causing it to drip onto my sandwich. I had to ask for my sandwich to be remade due to these hygiene issues.
While the young African American man who made my sandwich was very polite and professional, I ultimately felt uneasy about the cleanliness of the food preparation area and decided to toss my sandwich out.
This location does not accept any Subway coupons and does not honor any offers in the Subway app. I was able to use a reward code, place an order, and pay for it online with a credit card. Minutes later my order was canceled. When I went in the store to ask why, the woman told me they don't accept coupons. I asked about offers via the app and was told they don't accept them either.
On top of that, the subs I was ordering were $2.00 more than another Subway a couple miles down the road.
What a ripoff! Stay away!

The employees here are stellar but everything else is subpar- soda machine doesn’t work, couldn’t even get a cup of water for my kid. No cups, no water. The employee offered his own bottle of water, bless him. The location also do not honor any online order coupons or in person coupons. While we were there multiple people came for Father’s Day promotion (buy one get one free) and left pretty upset. The employees have to take the brunt of this. Not a happy place to visit or sit and eat.
I ordered from here and the sandwich was falling apart and covered in so much sauce the sandwich was falling apart. I ordered light sauce and it was so much the bag was wet. The whole sandwich was soggy!👎🏼

Lexi and Caden were perhaps the #1 SUBWAY people I’ve ever met in my life!!!
I actually went to the grand opening when Subway first opened in Maryland around 1975.
It was not ONLY a big deal for Subway.
Brooks Robinson had a big PR event and was the spokesperson. They had all kiinds of advertising about getting his autograph.
Back then, he was compared to Babe Ruth -“one of the best baseball players in history.”
If you’re coming around the beltway aka 695 And you’re visiting Baltimore.
Don’t Miss an opportunity to get off on BelAir Road and go have some fresh bread and don’t forget to buy some homemade cookies.
Also, if you’re lucky enough to run into Lexi or Caden, tell him that Brooks said hello!!

I ordered an Italian Cold Cut Combo. It is 12:50pm Saturday February 1st, 2025. I was charged $13.89 for my footlong and bag of chips. When I asked for my cup to prepare my beverage he told me I had to pay separate for a bottled drink because their fountain machine broke. I asked “ when was you gonna tell me that I would be paying separate for the sandwich, separate for the chips and separate for the bottled soda. So in addition to the $13.89 for just the sandwich and chips I was charged an additional $3.06 for the bottle soda. I asked for a bag to put my lunch in to carry out to my car and I was told bags cost extra and that I would have to carry each item in my arms. I asked for a straw to drink my beverage and was told they don’t have straws. Horrible, horrible, horrible. NEVERRRRRRR GOING BACK!!!!! They don’t deserve a star. Sad.
I don’t normally write reviews but this is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. The girl behind the counter was rushing so fast that she kept forgetting orders and asking the same questions over and over. She was incredibly rude. I couldn’t really see what they were doing behind the counter until she was wrapping the sandwich, at which point I saw that she put it in the wrong bread. When I told her this she said oh, I’m sorry but that is too bad because I have already made it and refused to make it correctly. I will not go back to this location.

I had a terrible experience at the Subway near Buffalo Wild Wings. The young man working there had a really bad attitude when he was asking me about the ingredients for my sandwich and didn’t make my sandwich correctly. In addition, he packed it improperly and made me feel uncomfortable by staring at me as I left the store. This unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable.

The soda machine has been broken for 6 months-1 year. They don't seem like they have plans to fix it. They don't accept coupons, which is decision made by individual store owners, but they choose not to. Their bag policy is unclear. The skinny plastic bags they used to put sandwiches in, are *not* reusable. They are smaller than what you get for FREE in the produce aisle of the supermarket, but they want to charge $ for that. At least offer the customer a decent paper bag or reusable plastic bag. If you make any complaints, the female manager/owner gets very defensive and aggressive.

I placed an app order for pick up requested toasted veggie subwith extra cheese and extra veggies. My cheese was not melted and I got regular amounts of everything. When I tried to address the reps they told me the only thing they could do was to reheat the already prepared sub WHICH WAS ALL VEGGIES!!I declined as it would melted the cheese but make the veggies gross.. all in all I was told to reach to customers service, I had to reach out twice just to get an I'm sorry and they'll talk to the staff, but please come back... I swear they have lost Me for life!!

I went in before 8 o clock and I guess the gentleman forgot to charge me for a pretzel and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I could see said pretzel and was starving. Convinced it’s bad luck to order anything besides your regular order because for years I’ve gotten the chicken bacon ranch and never had any problems or complaints. Sad starving disappointed loyal customer who will not fill up on the small cut 6 inch ☹️
