I was in Sutton Place for three years. Throughout that time we had roaches consistently. My boyfriend and I would bleach down our whole kitchen every night but still they would climb up the drain. I moved into this building because it was an amazing location, and I loved the apartment. It's really a lovely building - midcentury modern, nice pool, secure...unfortunately, it's managed by some really awful people.
We lived there for 6 years (ugh, I know - inertia. Also, they got worse as it went along...it wasn't as bad when I first moved in). Some of the things that they did while we were there:
