12-31-25 EDIT: I am happy to report that it seems contacting corporate was the solution here. I was able to receive both compensation for my previous bad order in addition to a coupon for 50% off my next meal, which I just used this afternoon. The bowl arrived and was packed to the brim this time with adequate portions of all the add-ins I requested. The avocado, despite still being a half just thrown in and not sliced, was in fact ripe this time, which I'm happy about. The salad dressing still comes packed inside the bowl, but i'm able to look past that for the sake of the portions being what you pay for. Thank you to corporate and the management team for helping to rectify this issue. I do still wish you could call the store to speak to management directly, but if corporate is able to get in touch with them on your behalf I suppose that works for now.
Just ordered a $20 build your own bowl and received something that’s almost laughable. There’s little to no base greens in the bowl, the portions of extra requested are minimal, the avocado I asked to add was just cut in half and thrown on top, not cut up, and also is not ripe. To make it worse they constantly put the dressing containers IN THE BOWL- why can’t yall just put it on the side outside of the bowl?
On top of it all, you can’t even call the store to get ahold of a real person/speak to any management- it just throws you around for a loop to get in touch with their customer service or any third party provider you used. Don’t know if I’ll ever be ordering from here again because this is the second time this has happened. Was hoping the first was just a fluke or someone having a bad day, but it’s clear that this is a chronic issue. Yall need to get it together.
