I am happy to report that it seems contacting corporate was the solution here. I was able to receive both compensation for my previous bad order in addition to a coupon for 50% off my next meal, which I just used this afternoon. The bowl arrived and was packed to the brim this time with adequate portions of all the add-ins I requested.
