I’ve ordered from other THB locations for years, and it’s great. But first time I tried this one (online pickup), they left out a sandwich I ordered/paid for. Called back, they apologized and said they’d refund my card the difference. Never happened. Called after a few days, manager said they’d take care of it. Still never happened. Maybe it’s just a one-off, but I’ll stick to other locations.

We’ve been going to this location since they opened, and the service and food are always excellent. But they really saved the day when I needed to unexpectedly feed a crowd this past weekend, so I ordered their orioles catering package. It was super easy to make my selection and pre-pay online, and the food was fresh and hot when I came to pick it up. It’s a fantastic deal if you need to feed a group. Love THB!!

An extraordinary example of a good NY bagel. Toppings on both sides of the bagel. The restaurant is really clean. The service is amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face and the staff knew the regulars and made a point to talk with them. If I lived near here it would be a multi weekly stop. The picture doesn’t do justice to the quality of this bagel sandwich.

I come there often I mistakenly ordered the wrong mocha drink (hot and not cold)and the gentleman up front greeted me and I told him the mistake I made and he took care of it right away , Great customer Service !!

This is my favorite location of THB, and super convenient to the CareFirst building. If they have a seasonal special, get it! Asiago Old Bay bagel is OUT OF THIS WORLD! They also have Taylor Ham, for all you New Jersey folk.

Vegetarian options: add cream cheese to any menu item for extra protein, easy to customize if you do it through the App
