I often come to THB at St Paul St Charles village but this particular time I experience a un awkward question asking me if I was a customer here all because I ask for the number for the bathroom I understand the reason but I had already place my order on the kiosk machine I'm always notice when I visit I always see the person when they are working. It would be better to post a sign rather your employee getting involved some people may really have to go be a better judge of character please. I'm sure I will be back but no hurry

Im from NY and im impressed with the chewy quality of these bagels.. i got a bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel, the bacon was fresh and nit greasy which I appreciated. I also came before opening since I traveled in from NYC and I was allowed into the store a few minutes before their official opening time, and I appreciated that courtesy as well.. They have a sparkling clean seating area with wall outlets (again, what a wonderful courtesy for travelers that need to charge their devices). I got a mediun green tea with a bacon, egg and cheese on a everything bagel for $9. I would definitely come back.
