After uber eats refused to help with customer service, Chris, the manager at THB was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time during a busy saturday morning to ensure we received the food uber eats charged us for. We just wanted to extend our gratitude to him for being so helpful.

THB bagelry regularly recieves food delivery trucks from Sysco or Gordon food services at times between 420-6am, in front of its restaurant, leading to outright violation of quiet hours. Multiple videos have been taken proving delivery at these hours from the trucks to your restaurants causing noise of over 65db which is way higher than the quiet hours noise limit for evidence of these repeated violations of law. Please have your food delivered in regular hours. You are directly distrubing the health and wellness of the community you are trying to serve food to. I am constantly gathering evidence of this repeated violation that happens at least every week, and am reporting these repeated violations to Baltimore city and may have take other actions soon if these noise violations continue.
This used to be my favorite place to go get delicious bagels and up until recently l never had a bad experience .
However after a disrespectful experience with an employee and the manager basically laughing in my face about it l will NEVER go back there for anything.
The petite , light brown skinned woman who wears glasses has a MAJOR attitude problem, Very Rude , Aggressive and Nasty.
it's obvious that she's unhappy in life and l suppose acting out at work is the only outlet she has to express her frustrations.
After the way l was treated and the dismissive response l got from the manager l will NEVER come here again.
I can get equally good bagels from Starbucks minus the nasty attitude!

Always loved my experience here!! Big fan of the gigi, everything bagels, and their egg and cheese on Asiago. Must have for anyone running off to work with little time to grab a (very hearty, yummy, wholesome) bite!

I always get annoyed by the employees handing out the orders and the customers.
They put lettuce on my cheese steak the menu said spinach. I didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get a new one. the food was low quality high price. Uber bagels is far better.

Food is always top tier! For online orders, always takes 10 mins longer than the website says until pickup, especially around lunch time, but a delicious bagel sandwich is worth the wait!

I prefer to engage with a staff member when placing my order. I believe in supporting local employment and at most enjoy the personal interaction with individuals. This morning, I visited THB Bagel to purchase breakfast. However, the cashier approached me with a neutral expression. In an attempt to brighten her day, I smiled and engaged , but she made me feel as they didn't want my business. Disappointed, I decided to leave. I did bring up the issue with the manager, and I trust that he will address it as promised. I was disappointed with him for not offering me someone else to take my order. Overall, in the past I have had positive experiences at this THB Bagel location, with quick service, a wide selection of fresh bagels, and accurate orders.
Food: Sliced Lox Bagel with Cream Cheese and Turkey Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel 🥯
Comments: I always get the lox bagel from here – it’s the best. Today, I decided to try the Turkey Sausage, Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Asiago Bagel, but it wasn’t the best , bagel was stale and dry. I will only recommend the lox bagel from here. The staff were very friendly.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times through uber eats and have always been disappointed. I keep giving them a chance because the Locust Point location is excellent. But I’m done with the Charles Village location. They never follow any of the order instructions and the food quality is so bad. My Uncle Gigi sandwich had a tiny bit of cream cheese, barely any sprouts, and was on a terribly made bagel. It had cheese on it and wasn’t toasted as I requested.

The food was okay, but the staff was rude. I walked up to the counter and said, “Hi, I’m here to pick up an online order,” and the employee responded, “Okay? Are you gonna give me a name or…?” Damn, dude, relax.

My favorite breakfast bagel spots. The food is made fresh and never made my order wrong. I highly recommend ordering through the app to collect reward points.

I don't come here often b/c they've NEVER fulfilled special instructions for my orders. In the past, I've had a friend with an dairy allergy who ordered a cheesesteak with NO cheese (at the inside kiosk)...and of course cheese was all over his sandwich. Then we had walk back to get it corrected b/c we didn't notice til we returned home. That was over a year ago.
Today, I ordered on ubereats and made a note not to put coleslaw on a sandwich. THEN knowing full well they've never actually modified sandwiches as requested (whether ordering online or in store), I called the store, and waited on hold twice for someone to pickup. I gently prompted this person to please leave coleslaw off my sandwich and informed them that I made a note on my order to this effect, but decided to call b/c this store was bad at special orders. Then the male who picked the phone informed me that the sandwich had already been made. I asked "hey, could you please make sure it doesn't have coleslaw---since I requested that?" He angrily responded that he'd have to throw the sandwich away, and make another one, and that it was a waste...as if any of that was my problem.
If y'all mismake food---there is the cadre of homeless folk on that very street you could give it to (this is what I personally do when you guys mis-make my order). Or you could leave it in the bag to make up for your chronic mistakeS and the fact that I had to call to make sure you actually fulfilled my requested order after a history of messed up orders. And don't try to make me feel guilty about the fact that YOU guys messed up.
Your lack of training and quality control has nothing to do with me getting what I paid for.
Get better THB. I've visited this place roughly half a dozen times in about a year---despite the fact that I walk past you twice a day---and I think you've gotten my order right twice.
Edit: also I paid an extra dollar to upgrade to the panini bread and I still got rye....meaning they still made a mistake AFTER they remade the sandwich to correct their original mistake.
