I have mixed feelings about this place. The place's atmosphere is a fun and neat concept. But the interior when we got there just seemed very dirty and unwell kept. I get the idea its suppose to be grungy and artsy but it just feel like they are just being lazy at the same time. The coffee was descent, the cinnamon roll was good, and the service was decent as well but not overwhelming.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, They are wheelchair accessible
We were looking for a coffee shop closed to our job site and found this one on line. At first sight this place looked very nice from the outside. As we walked in it looked historic and kind of unique. When we ordered our food the lady, was very nice and polite and the cinnamon rolls were absolutely fantastic, coffee was good and hot. Then we sat down and I started to realize this place is pretty dirty. It seems like it could use a once over with a rag or something.
The Bun Shop is a great place to get tea or coffee, and delicious buns with many flavor options. I love going here to meet with people. It's not a quick in & out kind of place (often it takes a while to order because it seems like they usually only have one staff in the front - but even if slow they're kind).

Seating is varied (tables & chairs & couches & long tables with benches) and often pretty full with people working on laptops....
