Pretty good, upscale speakeasy type cocktail bar. Surprisingly large and full menu since it is attached to the restaurant next door. Ambiance is great but the cocktails were a little underwhelming for the premium price.

For the prices, the service should be substantially better. Having to wander the dining area to find our server for the check (after waiting over 30 minutes for them to come back) is an absolute joke. Plus, the bathrooms looked like a bomb went off - there was garbage absolutely everywhere and overflowing trash cans. This by itself wouldn't be a deal breaker but it really highlighted the lack of care from the staff. I won't be back.

i’m a regular at this incredible bar, one of my favorites in the city, but the bathrooms always smell and look like a dirty alleyway by the end of the night :( maybe some air fresheners or something idfk ?

Came here for a pre dinner drink and then had to leave but definitely will return once in Baltimore! It’s really an awesome ambiance and drinks are real!

Popped in for a "one and done," but stayed for 3x! Best @&#$ing cocktails we've had in ages. Staff was diligent, delightful and knowledgeable. Such a pleasant surprise.
I forget the name of my cocktail, but it's the one with a white chocolate kicker (strange, right?!). I've never had anything so balanced and tasty in my life. Fun menu, but they will tailor to your tastes.
Oh, oh! And cowboy squirrels. I mean, c'mon.

Mikaela (not sure spelling but the hostess) made my night!! She was great even though there was a small wait. She referred us to another Atlas bar in the complex that was exactly what we were looking for. When we came back to The Elk Room, she sat us right away. We had a great time and that was all thanks to the Atlas staff!
