I wanted a refund....paid 10 to get in maybe it was just an off night.......bar tender was nice...it should be free to get in.

I visited this place on a Friday night to try out food and drinks , but the drink prices are INSANE ! $25.00 for top shelf Long Island is ridiculous …. I couldn’t believe it! I left …. I never paid that at upscale restaurants. I would run far away from this place and the security guard at the front is rude and aggressive over a comb I had in my purse.

On January 4th, I visited your establishment with three friends to watch the Ravens game. At 6:10 PM, I ordered three tequila lemon drop shots, and shortly thereafter, the table collapsed. I had arrived late and hadn’t eaten, while my friends enjoyed wings and fish nuggets at the "spades table." We were seated near a group celebrating a birthday, and one of them went to get security. A few minutes later, a security guard entered but did not check on us; instead, he asked us to move and replaced our table with an identical one. An older male, who introduced himself as a manager while holding a mop, collected the empty cups and food containers but failed to inquire about our situation, leaving me feeling neglected. When I approached the bar to request another manager, I discovered that the same gentleman was the only one available. As I voiced my concerns, a tall man claiming to be the head of security stood beside me, but he did not identify himself properly. I explained that we had five drinks on the table, four of which contained alcohol, along with food and my friend's purse. Instead of addressing our issues, he questioned how the table fell and suggested we were trying to evade the bill, which felt unfair. I believe that in a more reputable establishment, I would have received better service. Ultimately, the only resolution offered was two complimentary drinks, and both men were dismissive. Additionally, the initial security guard repeatedly walked by with a disdainful expression, stating that it was not his responsibility to get a manager and that we were fortunate to receive anything for free. I strongly discourage visiting the Hamilton on Harford Rd., as it is disheartening to see a Black-owned business provide such poor service.

So this is my 1st time here. Let me say I lived in. BALTIMORE for a couple of years a few years ago. I am so glad that this spot exists for this area. I don't have any pictures but the catfish bites and the honey old bay wings were FIRE! The house margarita was good as well. I normally like salt on the rim but they didn't have any. Not going to ding them too bad on that. But Kris, my bartende,r showed love! Not sure if that is how you spell her name but many thanks! The place was nice, had many seating options. I sat at the bar. Please come to support them. I came in Sunday to watch the Ravens. Not too crowded. Had security which I did like.

I had a good time there. It was my 1st time and I enjoyed the company, food, drinks, and the football game. It is definitely a place to go.

Nice healthy crowd, great music( Monday, it was karaoke night,) and it's football season. You can not go wrong when the video is set and the drinks are set and the wings are cooked to perfection.

Meh... it's alright. The service is slow though. The food is ok, maybe a 6.5 out of 10, It's all mediocre bar food, what do you expect? You can play cards in there, that's cool. I think they're still trying to find their niche because now they have cigar nights on the back patio and they do karaoke on Thursdays I believe, and now they're offering crabs on Mondays lol! They're all over the place. Mixing it up is ok I guess because you're trying to bring people in, but what good is that if the service is weak? The waiters don't know how to wait on people and the kitchen is slow. I saw with my own eyes the manager walking around not doing nothing while the bartender had to become a waiter lol! He was telling the bartender to wait on the tables while he just stood and watched smh. They need a new manager and a few more waiters.

Great neighborhood bar with many TV's and great service. Had the chicken wings and fries and both were very good.

I waited 1.5 hours to be served and a little over 2 hours to get my food and drinks . The bar staff was clearly overwhelmed by the amount of people there for the opening game for the ravens. At the end of the night the check came I paid left a tip go home I check my balance the next day and hamliton waitress added a $20 tip for herself . Straight up theif, then I talk to the manager Pam and she says it's nothing they can do. Stay away from the crooks. Lesson learned always pay and tip in cash (if they deserve a tip in the first place)

Just stop by the neighborhood bar and grill. Good food and music, great atmosphere. The young lady Loreal serve up some awesome drinks. My new favorite spot.
