The decor/vibe is so fun! I just got the Avocado Shake (very yummy, has little chunks of avo throughout). Can get busy so just be aware of that, it was 45min wait at 1pm on a Saturday. Food is a bit pricey
Of course the zany artistry of PaperMoon Diner's decor and atmosphere is what it's all about. Every time we go, we see something new and wonderful on the wall or ceiling.
The staff are usually very friendly and attentive, even when the place is packed. Only on our most recent visit did we encounter a server grunting her way through a shift with a detachment intended to discourage questions about the menu.

Took my step dad, Bill, fir a change in scenery. He's 80 and has kidney failure. The staff offered to let us come in a different way so he would not have to walk up the few steps to get in. They gave us priority seating and we're so kind and accommodating. BILL ENJOYED looking around at all tye different items and signs posted on every wall and ceiling of PaperMoon.
