Everything from the ambiance and food to the service that our waiter Ms. Wendy provided was everything we could have imagined for our first visit. It was my husband's birthday celebration, and our date night was so elegant and beautiful. He says thank you for the birthday card and cake as well. We had such a devine evening! Thank you again Ms. Wendy and staff!

3 couples dined. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. The fried lobster was the biggest winner, but the lamb chops and filets were outstanding as well. The caviar tots were ok, but I would not recommend ordering. Service and atmosphere were perfect.

We dined with our company and server thought we were all too young, was not hospitable at all and our company standard is for us to all pay separate and she was unwilling. Had to speak to a manager to have it work out. Would go back if Atlas invests in their hospitality

The food, ambience and service or all top notch. We had the rib cap and shrimp/crab risotto - both were unbelievable. Strong recommendation for this as a date night, work event, or a special occasion with friends!

One of the best restaurant experiences in the last 15 years that I have been coming to Baltimore. Beautiful restaurant, elegant but not stuffy. Great clientele, a real dinning atmosphere. The team is superior, from the welcome desk to every professional that served our table. Aimee was on point at every point of the meal... really make for a wonderful experience. The manager came by to check on us - Mr Young knows what he is doing and runs an exemplary business. Bravo! With all this, how about the food? Superb! Don't miss the shellfish salad, packed with all sorts of shellfish that only the Chesapeake Bay can provide, the filet mignons with incredible sauces and to round off... the elevated blue crab mac&cheese. Simply wow! Drinks and desserts were equally highlights to our meal. Perfection!

Due to June being my birthday month and me being blessed with people who truly love me, I was treated to this lovely steakhouse for lunch on one day and then for dinner the very next evening. For lunch my drink of choice was the Afternoon Delight (which had cream in it). I ordered the Frito Mixto appetizer, and went with the Jail Island Salmon for my entree with a caesar salad. I'm not sure they do to the croutons in the caesar salad, but them things were the best thing on the salad, very flavorful @ just plain good! The salmon was cooked to perfection. I took home the their infamous warm butter cake and it was to die for! Don't skip dessert!! Dinner was on a whole other level, the House Made Tater Tots & Caviar was surprisingly excellent, somehow the name tater tot (in my mind) did not pair well with the fancy characteristic that caviar brings, but it was surprisingly very, very good together. I ordered the Chicken Fried Maine Lobster Tail & the Truffle Mac & Cheese, I'm typically not a huge fan of lobster but it was my birthday and I wanted to live a little, glad I did because they flavored the hell out of that lobster which I am not used to, to me it typically tastes like bland flesh that you did in butter to give it a taste but this juicy lobster tail was very flavorful, a twinge on the hot side but flavorful, I enjoyed it so much!! Even the next day as leftovers out of the air fryer, very yummy!! The truffle mac & cheese was so decadent, I was overly satisfied with my meals on both occasions, I will be back here a few times this summer. The ambience in the restaurant is opulent. Our waiter Shane was very personable and knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. They acknowledged my birthday with a very rich slice of cheesecake. It was by far one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. If you haven't gone yet, what are you waiting for? Get in there!! We went back to celebrate our good friend for his birthday on 12/1. Excellent AGAIN!!!

For my first time, everything was amazing, from the food, to the guys at the door helping my dinner party take nice pictures. 10/10 for me

My family and I had a wonderful experience. This is by far my favorite Baltimore restaurant. The ambience, staff, food, and vibes all exceeded expectations! In addition, our server, Ramsey, was absolutely amazing! We hope to have her assist us again in the future!

I have visited the Ruxton 3-4 times now. The steak is absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared; however most of the menu is just ok. The potatoes are watery, the Mac and cheese is somewhat dry, and the creamed spinach lacks flavor. If you want steak and salad, this is the place to go. I would not recommend most of the side dishes which is disappointing given how nice the steak is. This impacts the value of the meal.

The Ruxton is a beautiful restaurant. Overall, the food was excellent. The steak was tender and full of flavor. It just needed to return to the kitchen for a little more flame, thus the 4star rating. Had it been prepared medium-rare-plus with a char, the rating would have been 5star.

Always a great experience at the Ruxton. Our steaks were cooked to exactly as we had requested -- a rarity in most other restaurants nowadays! Demetrius and his serving partners were outstanding -- all very friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. Don't pass this place by!

The Ruxton general manager and all levels of the staff have mastered the art of elegant service, attentive without being overbearing. Their sophisticated hospitality transports you to an experience that was, in the gilded era, available only to the exceedingly wealthy. Look, it's not cheap, but you also get what you pay for, and The Ruxton is worth the price tag. As far as the food is concerned, I had several meals there, and I would not be at all surprised to hear that they get a Michelin star in the coming years. Bon appetite!

This was the second time at the Ruxton. Unfortunately, my date found a hair in her crab cakes. The manager removed it from the bill, but it's safe to say we won't be back for a while.
